Our bodies, mind, and souls thank you...

Let Nicha and Orn at the front desk help you arrange a sequence of treatments. We indulged to celebrate my wife's birthday...lucky me I was along for the journey. The spa is wonderful, the treatments awesome, the central garden area following your treatment set your soul in place.

I will say..I had my best massage of my life there..thank Roong..you are a true professional and thank you again...

Best Thai Massage
Oct 2019
The Spa is very clean and well runned. The therapists are highly experienced and competent. I requested a strong massage and you get what you ask for. The therapist may appear tiny but they are strong and super skilled. Very polite, considerate and know what they are doing. They are extremely busy and booked back to back. It is recommended you book in advance. We had "Play" and "Ying" both are excellent therapist. It is quite obvious they have been doing it for years. Will come again for sure.

Expensive!!!
Jun 2019 • Family
The hotel is very isolated which means they can charge pretty much whatever they want. We went looking for a manicure. They offer OPI polish manicure for nearly £32! In the UK this is available for £25 with gel polish which demonstrates how expensive it really is. The setting is beautiful and the massages are amazing but not worth the price.

Overall, it’s just okay
Oct 2018
Having read great things of Quan Spa on TripAdvisor, we couldn’t wait to try it out during our stay at JW Marriott. After some urging from spa reception, we opted for the 9000 baht package, which includes 5 hours of your choice of spa treatments. It’s decent value, but keep in mind that prices for the local competition may be a tenth of Quan Spa’s.

The first visit was great. My mum loved her foot reflexology session and my massage and facial combo was so relaxing. The massage I received from Geap was probably the best I’ve ever had. She is amazing!

Unfortunately we were left disappointed by our second visit to the spa. I opted for a 90 minute Thai fusion massage. Was given a different lady this time. Am still not sure whether it was poor communication or technique, but the experience was worlds away from the previous one. I wasn’t able to relax at all, which made for an uncomfortable hour and a half. The massage was disjointed, too firm, then too soft. The therapist also left to go to the toilet halfway through, which of course I understood, but then, this has never happened during any massages before.

Also, both sessions on our second visit ran a few minutes under-time. Not by much, but noticeable (we arrived early for the record).

Overall, our experience was mixed, which was unexpected from a spa of this caliber.

The spa ambience is wonderful.

Relaxing rejuvenation

JW Marriott package included some spa treatments which I would normally give all to my wife to use. My wife insisted that I give it a try, so along I went in the interest of marital harmony. So glad that I did, first treatment was a aromatherapy massage and it was sensational, next treatment was an Indian head massage, exceptional. The setting is tranquil and postcard perfect. Ying was our masseuse and was truly fantastic!

Great massage 💆‍♀️

What a great spa treat. The aroma massage was great and what made it more special is that on Friday, when we had our massage, it was on 40% discount so instead of 60min, we had 90min massage. Highly recommend to try either the Wednesday when they have extra 30min free or Friday the 40% discount.

Incredible experience
Jul 2018 • Couples
Staying at the JW Marriott I discovered their day spa. What an incredible experience. The reception staff were fantastic in helping me choose a package - ended up with 7.5 hours over 3 visits to the spa. With a different therapist each time they were very respectful of my comfort. Treatments were unbelievably good relaxing and didn’t want them to finish. In the 7.5 hours I had 3 different massages; 2 body scrubs; 2 mud wraps; 2 steam baths; facial and spice bath. All I can say is ‘incredibly beautiful relaxing and felt pampered’ after the treatments. Their customer for all this was 12,000 baht which converted to about $515 Australian. Great value. Would highly recommend their treatments. Photos are of the post treatment relax area.

Great Therapists
Jun 2018
As part of our package to JW Marriott, we had a spa inclusion. After having this treatment we booked again. The atmosphere at the spa is tranquil and relaxing.
Very happy with the 2 Therapists that I had (Pa and Roong) an excellent job, thank you.
Definitely recommend coming to the spa if you are staying locally or at JW Marriot.

Excellent facility & teatments

The Quan spa at the JW Marriott is very good, and very popular. We learnt from our previous trip that you need to book ahead and we in fact did this, via email, prior to leaving Australia. We were therefore able to receive all of the dates, times & services that we wanted.

Located near the beach, on the edge of the resort, Quan is a peaceful and relaxing area. The reception staff are friendly and the ladies offering the treatments are all a delight.

Incredible serene surroundings
Jun 2017 • Family
We stayed at JW marriot Khao Lak with an 8 night luxury escapes deal and had massages from Quan spa included (on the JW Marriot grounds).

The Thai and aroma fusion massages were nothing short of incredible and the facilities are world class. We actually bought additional massages because they were so good.

Highly recommended
