Wetzone Divers Scuba Dive Center Khao Lak, Thailand. We are not a Booking Agency we do daily scuba dive trips with our company owned dive speed boat, designed to meet the needs of our divers. Small dive groups guaranteed with a maximum of 4 divers per guide. 20 divers maximum on board. Only the best dive sites in the program. 4 times a week the famous Richelieu Rock, 1 time a week Koh Tachai with possible Whale Shark sightings. 2 times a week Koh Bon, famous for the Manta Ray Show. Nitrox for free! Local wrecks, liveaboards, overnight trips, snorkeling, & shore excursions all from one source. All Padi courses from beginner to Pro. Aqualung Partner Center with workshop & equipment shop area in the center for highest equipment standard. Multilingual professional instructors / guides. We clean our regulators, masks, snorkels every day with disinfectant solutions in order to guarantee you the best possible hygiene standard! We can highly recommend this dive shop. Great dive guides of which most, if not all of them, are dive instructors! Well organized in the shop and on the boat (speedboat with max travel time from land to dive spot ~1h30min) which makes your diving experience outstanding. They go to the most famous dive spots at the Similan Islands. Richelieu Rock is a must! Soft drinks and great thai food is included and served after the first dive. The guides speak English, German and Spanish. We had our own gear but the rental equipment looked well maintained. What we really liked was to receive a metallic bottle filled with water for the trip as they are plastic free! Sea-sik pills are provided free of charge at the dive shop, dock or boat. We had a great time with wetzone divers!

We had the pleasure of doing our Open Water Diver course at Wetzone even though it was before their official start of the season. Communication was easy from the start and very professional. Trips had to be changed a couple of time due to weather conditions which only increased the feeling of safety as it became clear that this was the priority for everyone. We had an amazing instructor who made the whole experience even better and we ended up booking an extra day after our course because we enjoyed it so much. The equipment was very well maintained and it was obvious that Micha, the owner, was interested in giving the best possible experience to his customers. I would book with Wetzone again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the perfect dive vacation!

Went to Richelieu Rock for 2 dives with Wetzone. The hotel pickup was on time. Their pickup happens in a rickshaw taxi instead of a mini van/car.
Really liked that they're an eco-friendly company - not having plastic bottles on the boat but metal water bottles instead for every person instead along with selling reef safe sunscreen and not using plastic plates. They also give sea sick pills.
Just a heads-up: You have to setup your own equipment (Some companies do it for you, some don't).
Kevin was our divemaster (4:1 ratio). He was very friendly and chatted with all of us for quite a while. This dive site can great very crowded being so popular so it was very nice of him to keep checking on all of us every few minutes.
Also, at Richelieu Rock, this is perhaps the only company that does the second dive earlier before the other divers come in so that's a big plus too.

Wetzone actually own their own boat (unlike most dive agencies in Khao Lak). It is meticulously maintained, fast and comfortable. The dive guides are knowledgeable, experienced and multi-lingual. Dive groups organised based on ability and experience. I took 5 day trips, 10 dives with them in December / Jan 2022 and was impressed on all levels. They are very safety conscious, organised and professional.

We had 3 days of diving with Michael and his team who created a nice atmosphere. Very competent team, who were very professional, attentive and friendly. Food was great, and the rented equipment was in great condition. Michael was very fast to reply and easy to communicate with. We had 6 amazing dives and we would highly recommend Wetzone Divers.

This dive crew were excellent, from the moment I tried the kit to being on the boat and the dive areas. I had 2 fantastic dive masters who knew the areas and pinpointed species of interest, saw box fish both adult and baby as well as some unique coral, also saw lots of amazing fish in both Koh Bon and Richelieu rock. The dive masters make you totally relaxed, but are very organised and stick to safety. This gave a lot of comfort. Would recommend

I dived with the Team in November 2021, having done so twice previously. Boat was excellently maintained and dive team knew the sites and also how to manage divers’ relevant experience. Really enjoyed it and already looking forward to returning in April this year along with son and daughter.

the dive boat is very new with good equipments. fascinated concept which use the back rest to secure the tanks. first operator to tell diver use the left or right tank together to make room. lunch is good and they are not rushing for second dive.Only if you are afraid of opened jitney for transfer then it could be a problem. I still regret I could not get a tshirt from tem due to time and cost of transportation

An wsd was assigned to my wife and I. We both have logged dives. My lady was told that it was unsafe for her to dive the second tank. I disagree and believe it was because the dive master had to certify her friend's boyfriend and didn't think we were capable of being stuck with her friend whose boyfriend was being certified.
I paid a lot of money, Michael, and it wasn't for my lady, with logged dives as a certified diver through PADI, to be ruled "unsafe", so her friend's boyfriend could be certified.
I want half of my payment returned via the same payment method, because she was not only robbed of a tank but of the experience of diving. Moreover, I didn't make the second dive because I was consoling my wife who was traumatized at not being allowed to dive.

Dear Diver,
i am truly sorry that you did not like the trip with us. Like i mentioned in the welcome / check in meeting we are a saftey orientaded Operator in special as you told me that you been already as OW Level to 60 meter depth. I told you that this kind of diving not will happen under my managment and for my opinion it is careless and dangerous!
Your wife been not able to practice save diving. She been not able to had any boyancy control, been not able to claer a mask under water and my Instructor even had her doubs that she is a swimmer as she not mooved at all under water and my Instructore had to do a Discover Scuba Diving Dive on the first dive with her. By the way no one foreced you to stay for the second dive on board it was your own decision! As well you not even ask for a explanation or refund but our terms & conditions shown on our web apge as well in the dive center are very claer regarding on this!
1.8 Should the Instructor or Divemaster in charge of the safety decide that the customer lacks the basic skills required to dive safely, the company reserve the right to abort the dive. Any monies paid for the tour are not refundable.

Spent two days diving with WetZone Divers in mid February. I couldn’t fault the above water experience. Great interactions with Michael (the boss) whilst booking through messages and then the office. Matched by great care and attention to safety and details on the boat by the dive lead, dive guides and boat crew. The ride out was as expected, long, but fun, and the refreshments and food available very adequate to my needs. The setup was good, and the diving was similar. Sadly, green water and low visbility stopped me seeing awesome things, like others did (manta, whale shark). But I’ll be back again this same way with WetZone to try again...
