This is the second time I book safaris with Serengeti Joy Tours and all went well! I booked private safari of 5 days in Tarangire, Manyara and Ngorongoro in 2018. I booked group safari of 2 days in Manyara and Ngorongoro in 2021. The two experiences were excellent withmany animals, great guide, and all was managed well from A to Z by Angelica. I recommend!

It is tough choosing the right tour operator for Kilimanjaro, maybe more challenging than the climb itself :)! Before coming to Tanzania we (group of 3 friends) have been in touch with several tour operators, around 10 different companies and we have struggled quite a bit to find a tour operator that was willing to agree with our requirements (for example no dining tent and tables, no toilet tent, and other unnecessary items). In the end we have decided to go with Serengeti joy tours because they were the only ones listening to our needs and we are very happy with our choice. On the trek we were supported by 2 guides (Baraka and Josef), a cook and 5 porters. Jimmy, one of the porters, has been taking good care of us during the entire trip. he brought us warm water, tea, food and he was always smiling and being positive, same as the rest of the team. Baraka and Josef have been very supportive and cheerful the entire time, they encouraged us and even sang for us when we faced a difficult moment during the hike. Every evening, we have been briefed on the plan for the next day and our guides regularly checked on us if we are feeling well. The food was delicious during the 6 days hike (we even had fresh fruits!). The entire team was amazing, helpful and they asked us so many times if we need help with our bags (as we carried our own big backpacks) and were ready to support and get extra load, if we needed their help. If you want a great company during your Kilimanjaro hike, friendly and professional team, choose Serengeti joy! I am 100% positive that you will enjoy Kilimanjaro same as we did, or even more. Thank you, Serengeti joy tours, for a great experience and for taking good care of us from the beginning of the trip, all the way to the summit and down the mountain. Simona, Marketa & Filip

I found the Serengeti Joys Tours on internet to fulfill my big dream from my teenage years to climb Kilimanjaro. Since my first contacting of the owner of the company Ms. Angelica I got a confidence to them. Serengeti prepared very detailed programme including all recommendation and overall budget. After my arrival to Kili Airport I got a full care of the company. They picked me up, brought to the hotel in Moshi where I met the owner of Serengeti Joys Tours Ms. Angelica and also my tour guide Baraka who informed me about the Kili trek in details and checked my equipment. On the trek I was supported by 1 guide, a chef, 2 porters and a waiter. The whole team was very supportive and friendly. Especially the guide Baraka helped me a lot. He outlined briefly the programme for yeach day, checked fitness, health. The quide also adapted the pace of the walk to my current condition. When I got a little crisis while summiting Kili he encouraged me and helped me to come safely back to the base camp. The dinning during the whole trip was excellent. All the people representing Serengeti Joys Tours were fine friendly and reliable . One example for more: On the day of my departure only few minutes before the company driver picked me up I lost my mobile phone somewhere at the hotel.. The people of the company were worried and tried to find it . However we had to go to the airport. After 30 min. I had a call and Ms.Angelica told me that they found the phone and they were sending a driver with it to the airport. I strongly recommend to use the service of Serengeti Joys Tours if you would like to spend a splendid holiday in nice country like Tanzania is!

It was a great adventure. Angelica was very attentive regarding our needs, excellent professional. We were very well received and driven by the staff. All the staff did a great job, especially the cook. We had a lot of fun. Seeing Africa from above is a unique experience. I am very grateful to Serengeti Joys Tours and their team for providing unforgettable moments. I'm already missing, I hope one day I can come back and review the friends I made in Africa.
