We´ve had the best safari and an amazing guide. We felt very safe and could see heaps of animals. The lodges were really nice and you could here lions and hyienas in the middle of the night in the Serengeti. The Guide was very knowledgeable was very passionate spotting and observing animals himself. You could get a grasp of the people living there too and we left with quite some kisuaheli vocab. We can highly recommend going on tour with this company, everything was handled very professional.

We have just returned from a trip to Tansania that was organized by Tanzania Experience. We climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, went on a 7 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and to Sansibar. The organization of the trip was spotless, everything worked out perfectly. On our trip to Kilimanjaro we were led by very knowledgable mountain guides and a team of porters and cook who did an amazing job and were very friendly. For our safari we were accompanied by Rashid Mkuya, a very experienced safari guide, who was truly amazing, always ready to share his knowledge and to show us the fascinating beauty of northern Tansania including its animals ( big, five, big migration including river crossing); and Rashid was also simply a very nice person and fun to be with. At the end of this memorable trip we were in Sansibar for a few days, also very beautiful. Al hotels/lodges that were chosen /proposed by Tansania Experience were according to or excedding our expectations. We would definitely go on a trip to Africa again with Tansania Experience and thank Alexandra Lindinger for a spotless organization of our trip.

The best way to explore the Serengeti, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater. During our trip we had a lot of fun, learned a lot about the wildlife and the nature, could stay in beautiful lodges and camps directy in the serengeti and also saw so many animals. Our driver and guide Witson is a really experianced expert with answers to all our questions and was also capable to repair a broken spring in the nowhere within a good time. This allowed us to finish the trip without issues and the most amazing sights possible. Thanks a lot for all.

We did an incredibly amazing 6-day safari "Best of Tanzania" with Tanzania Experience in November 2022.
We saw not only many (rare) animals & herds, but also breathtaking landscapes.
A big praise goes to our guide Alpha, who took great care of our group of 7 with different characters all around. He not only showed us many hidden animals, but also explained more information about their life and behavior. Furthermore he explained us many interesting things about nature, people and culture of Tanzania. At the same time he was always, friendly, funny and caring and that in perfect German & English.
@Alpha: You have contributed a great part to make this trip unforgettable for us.
Last but not least, all accommodations (including food) were very nice and of really high quality.
We saw not only many (rare) animals & herds, but also breathtaking landscapes.

The tour was planned for September 2020 and could eventually take place Sept 2022. The booking team was very generous with flexibel booking terms. The 9 day safari with Lazaro as our guide as a fantastique experience. Great game viewing, special sighting e.g. lions sleeping in a tree, unique lodges, good mix of adventure and time to rest.

We booked our trip through a third party and they miss informed us a little bit on what we would see and one part we had booked had to be cancelled due to weather. Not Tanzania Experiences fault, but our guide/driver Daniel Kimbory was AMAZING. He kept us on schedule patiently and was amenable to our desire to change our schedule as we went. He kept our vehicle neat and tidy, cleaning it nightly and his eagle eyes spotted lions in trees from a distance. Daniel seems to be some type of “Elephant Whisperer”, as every time we saw elephants and stopped, the elephants seemingly changed course to cross the road around our vehicle. Just fantastic!

Spent a week on Safari visiting Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our driver and guide Enok was stellar, god knows how he managed to drive on those roads, spot wildlife and shared insights on Tanzania all simultaneously. We saw the big five and so many other animals. He made us feel very comfortable, safe and connected.

We spent a fabulous 5 day safari trip in 4 different nationalparks with a very attentive driver Alpha. Speaking fluent german he answered to every question of our two kids (5+7 y.)
So impressive wildlife! And superb organization. Very recommendable!

I signed up for the 7-day camping safari and was extremely pleased with my experience. Everything from the vehicle, tents, food, and sightseeing provided me with an adventure that I will always remember. My guide Elias knew all the right places to go to see the animals in action. Eliguard, the cook, provided fabulous meals throughout the trip. This safari covered so much area of Tanzania, but each location provided new experiences. The campgrounds were well maintained and clean. I loved the camping experience and after 5 nights of camping at various locations, we ended near Lake Manyara in a very lovely campground for the final night. I saw everything from lions to cheetahs, birds to hippos, zebras, and elephants. In addition, I got to see how the Maasi people live in the environment. I highly recommend using this company for maximum experience.

We travelled to Tansania in January of 2022. The weather on the mainland was perfect for Safari. Not too hot and not too cold. We almost had no rain and if it rained, it was either at night or just a few drops during the day.
On the first day we got a proper briefing by Andy from Tansania Experience, who explained to us the do‘s and dont‘s of Safari life. We felt like there were no more questions left to be asked. And that speaks for Andy’s experience. Thank you for that.
Then we were met by our guide Jeremiah, who, from the start, startled us with his sense of humor and his sunny personality. We would joke around the whole 7 days and it was more like a friend showing his friends his country. He was always in full control of every situation and handled the Safari like the professional he is. Also he knew everything about fauna, flora and wildlife (without looking it up in a book).
Having a guide like Jeremiah makes the difference in having a good or a bad trip. If you decide to rent your own car and go to national parks: good luck. The guides have so much knowledge about all the areas, they almost guarantee a spectacle everyday. They also share information with each other over the radio, where the animals are in those huge regions. So if you don‘t have a radio and speak the language: FORGET IT.
All in all we can only say good things about Tansania Experience and especially about Jeremiah, who we clicked with immediately.

Hello, I am wondering where the accommodations are for your arrival for the Tanzania in Style experience. Day one just says that you will be picked up, I'm wondering from where. Thank you!
Dear Debbi, thank you for your message and please accept our apologies for only getting back to you now! Unfortunately your message slipped through somehow, sorry for that.
To answer your question: Generally spoken, we will meet you at Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha at 9am on the first day of your safari when you have booked your pre night in Arusha yourself. If you don't want to book it yourself, we can of course assist you and book it for you. In this case, we will of course pick you up at your hotel on the first day of your safari.
