At short notice, my girlfriend and I decided to go on a safari. So a Land Cruiser still had to be organized. We called Gladiola at 5 p.m. whether it was still possible for the next day and a Land Cruiser was actually brought to us at 9 p.m. the same evening. The car was older but worked perfectly. The next day we enjoyed our safari and in the evening a call was enough and Gladiola picked the Land Cruiser back from us at the hotel. Really a perfect and convenient service! Thanks for that.

My girlfriend am I just completed a selfdrive safari for the second time with Gladiola adventure. I once again rented a landcruiser equiped specially for safaries with the roof tent that was the "perfect weapon" for our one week sef drive camping trip in Ngorongoro and Serengeti ! Didas and his team have been fully involved in our trip being connected to us anytime we needed to and very arranging ! No surprises and an unforgatable experience for us ! We are already considering our next trip to Northern Tanzania !!!

I had an amazing trip to Tansania thanks to Gladiola Adventure, the manager Didas and our driver Dixon. The company is extremly operative. Considering pandemic sitution and sudden limited boarder opening I have to make decission regarding Tanazania visit just one week ahead of my arrivel. Just amagine how limited this timeframe to arrange 9 days safary and 3 days Zanzibar experience. I spent like 4 days trying to find a vehicle with driver dealing with some companies but stuck with long wainting for responces, when I decided to skip and consider other options. Gladiola had competetive price and small discout but what was more important they turned out to be extremly communicative. I sent a request after 10 pm and around 2 am next day I had a preliminary positive feedback. We continued email exchange at 7 am. And during the day, after we switched to Whatsapp, I had vehicle (exactly what I need), driver and all my route set. Thay was fantastic job! Also I'd like to point out the great level of flexibility when we have to sort out issues. Didas was ready to suggest and support different approaches to resolve issues instead of stuck with problems. Everything was perfectly arranged when I arrived to Arusha. I were lucky enough to have Dixon on board as our driver and guide. He is just exceptional driver considering road conditions. I had had an exciting self drive exprience in Namibia but for Tanzania my personal judgment is "no way, just forget about it". Dixon is a perfect driver and intelegent person, he also has his own keen to wildlife and game watch and this helped a lot to watch 4 out of Big 5 (rihnos are quite rare). We managed to watch several prides of lions, cheetahs, leos, herds of elefants, buffalos, zebras and numerous other animals. Thanks again for fantastic journey!

Great safari experience with Gladiola. Before arriving in Arusha we exchanged several emails with Didas who was very helpful on answering all our questions and assisting on designing our safari itinerary. We finally decided to do self driving for Tarangire and Manyara and hire a guide/driver for Ngorongoro (mandatory for the crater), Serengeti and Natron which at the end we really appreciated as driving in Northen Serengeti and Natron is quite challenging due to the bad condition of the roads and the lack of directions. When we arrived to Arusha we met with a member of the Gladiola team to pick up the car and book and pay for the entrance to the different parks. The Land Cruiser we got was old and lacked AC/stereo but strong and robust for the tough roads. It included pop-up roof for game viewing and a fridge. We had a couple of problems with the car at the beginning of the trip but Didas and the team did everything possible to fix them. After that everything worked fine for the rest of the trip. Our driver Stanley was very knowledgeable of the animals (especially birds!) and the different areas of the parks. He provided us with a great service. Overall it was a great value experience when comparing to other companies that offer closed packages and with the freedom of being able to choose your own itinerary and either self-drive or hire a guide/driver.

I really enjoy traveling with Gladiola Adventure. The owner is super nice, and help us with many things. The owner was a teacher, so he was well connected and good at communication. We like the driver, Dixon, as well. That was a great experience with Gladiola. I will definitely travel again with Gladiola, and have introduced it to many of my friends.
