Oscar Africa safaris organized us a super safari. Mtinage was our guide. A very good guide - I felt safe at any time, he explained all plants and animals very professionally and over all he took care of us very well. We also had a chef with us, Boka. He cooked very good food. And even though we were in Africa non of us had stomach problems. :) .Boka was funny he even teach us to great in Swahili mambo ,poa, habari za hasubuhi,and karibu

Africa still live on my mind. On 28th of October i joined 6 days safari with Oscar Africa the trip was awesome. Our guide Aswile was very perfect on select the best location to spot animals and explain much about the nature.the food was nice and yummy.the best national park we all enjoy was Serengeti thanks again to Oscar Africa for planing our best ever trip on our life time. 100% recommended

I booked for a day trip to Moshi and I was happy with the experience because of the affordable price and they made sure that we visited all the scenic areas on my list. They are friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Oscar Africa Safaris.

We booked two one day tours with Oscar safari through the excursion desk at the gran Melia hotel. Both were great experiences and I’d highly recommend working with Oscar safari and the guide Albert. Reviews for the waterfall and ngorongoro crater tours are below.
This review is for the materuni waterfall and coffee tour. What a great day! Our guide Albert was a good driver, had answers to all of our questions during the drive and day, and took some fabulous photos that he shared with us afterwards. The waterfall was about two hours from Arusha and took us to the last village, materuni, before the Kilimanjaro region wilderness. The waterfall hike was great, down a valley road and trail to a large waterfall ending in a small pool which was great to splash off in and even went for a quick, chilly swim. Then we were taken to the village and treated to a delicious local lunch. The banana and yam potato soup with spice sauce on top was amazing, especially after working up our appetite on the hike. Then, we got to experience the local coffee making process, grinding the beans out of the shell, roasting then, grinding them again to a coffee powder and finally drinking a delicious cup. The best part was the songs that accompanied the grinding process, lively fun music from the whole village community. We left full of joy and happiness from a great day.
This review is for the private one day ngorongoro crater tour from Arusha. It was a three hour drive through beautiful, varying terrain from Arusha to the crater and we arrived at the viewpoint around 9. Wow. Words and photos don’t do it justice so just go visit if you’re considering it. Such a majestic place, and the view from the crater rim was amazing. Albert lifted the top of our Safari car and we headed down the steep road into the crater floor. Wow! The sheer number of diverse animals, all concentrated in one small area was incredible. So many water buffalo, gazelles, zebras, ostrich, hippos and tons of birds. We saw lions, elephants, rhinos, hyenas and more. Lunch was a hot lunch picnic by a lake, and there was even a coffee/ice cream truck! Such a great day. Highly recommend this trip!

A few months ago, had the opportunity to explore Tanzania with Oscar Africa Safaris, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the beginning, Oscar's team demonstrated exceptional organization and a deep knowledge of Tanzania's natural and cultural environment. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, not only showing us the stunning wildlife but also immersing us in local culture. The food prepared during the safari was delicious, and we always felt safe and well cared for. They provided an authentic and enriching experience that I would highly recommend to any traveler looking to explore Tanzania.

Oscar was our great safari consultant when planning a safari to Tanzania. Oscar was very helpful when letting me know what documentation is required during our safari planning, he was always very responsive and gave wonderful recommendations regarding where to visit, length of time in each place and additional tours. The lodges were awesome and they were both very different from each other. I highly recommend Oscar and Oscar Africa safaris, you will never be dismayed on your Tanzania trip.

Oscar Africa was recommended to us by a family friends and since we had never been to africa. We plan 8 days to Zambia and Botswana. Everything went smoothly apart from delayed flight with Namibian Airways. Our guide Ntsebau was Excellent throughout our tour of Namibia he had passion for his country and friendly he went out of his way to help us enjoy our first visit to Africa he also shared with us so much about its cultural and knowledge about wildlife we were sad to say goodbye to him before left to Namibia. After leaving Namibia we flew to Victoria falls ,the sunset cruise on the zambezi is awesome. The day after we flew to Okavango delta in light aircraft and stayed 3 nights at Mapula lodge. The delta was very low on water but we enjoyed the trekking walk with our guide sambinga which was a fountain of knowledge. We were lucky enough to spot alot if wild animals and beautiful natural of Africa

My first safari trip to Tanzania & Zanzibar was lovely and enjoyable Oscar showed us a lot of wildlife he also take us close to the lion & elephant my husband was really shocked but after few minutes he was okay Oscar explained each and everything we saw. we really learn a lot from him. hotels was awesome hot shower, nice rooms with good view and food was excellent after safari we fly to Zanzibar at stone town people are so friendly we really enjoy the beach and Zanzibar food was also nice much thanks to Oscar Africa for wonderful safari trip to Tanzania

Oscar Africa provide provided our group with the experience of life time during our 9 days lemosho western breach trek. Joshua and Michael were incredibly patient and knowledgeable and adjusted to the various paces of our group.with their help our entire group of 12 was able to summit successfully with kilis 9 day tour. the porters were super strong in their efforts they really help much on our success. we recommend Oscar Africa for your kilimajaro trek experience

My perfect trip to Tanzania
I and my father we did 6days Serengeti safari in Tanzania. It was my first time in Africa we really enjoyed the nature and people of Tanzania there so lovely and friend we saw a hunting on tarangire it's was amaizing. Bashiru did a great job to make sure we discovered all big five. We make it we saw a closiest rhino in Ngorongoro he told us it's very rear to spot that close a rhinoceros we are very lucky can't wait to go back to Tanzania for Kilimanjaro. We defenetly recommend Oscar Africa safaris for their excellent trip.
