John Nnko was a fantastic guide with a great team. We felt protected and save the whole tour. On the summit day he even organized porters to carry our backpacks. It was a night with snowstorm and coldness but we managed it up to the top. The chef was also great. Thanks a million. I can really recommend John.

We used Elia Safaris when my class and I went up Kilimajaro in jan/feb 2020. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I can trueheartedly say that i would not have made it as far as I did without John and the rest of the team.
They were all so helpful with everything, but they were also so nice and the times spent in the food tent and in camp was all so delightful. I spoke to a lot of the people that followed us up the mountain and they were all amazing.

We used Elia Safaris when my class went to Kilimanjaro in January 2020. Fantastic team that we became good friends with. They were always there to help us if we needed anything, and we always felt safe during the trip because of them.

We first met John to discuss the plan for our day hike on Kilimanjaro, and he gave us all the information to prepare us for our adventure.
On the day everything was organised and ran smoothly, John was very friendly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The hike John planned was absolutely stunning, the scenery was spectacular and wild flowers were everywhere! We had a delicious packed lunch, with plenty to eat and enjoyed learning about the wildlife and nature of Kilimanjaro. The weather was wet, but we enjoyed the unique environment of Kili.
I would recommend everyone to plan a trip with John, he has decades of experience as a guide and is such a lovely man to spend time with.
Be prepared for the mountain; weather, remote location and altitude all need respect a guide like John can provide the skills to make a trip incredible. Asante sana John.

John was a great guide. I always felt safe with him and he was very friendly. I am looking forward to come back and try another Kilimanjaro Route as well as mount Meru with John.

I used Elia safari when mye class went to Kilimanjaro in jan/feb 2020. This team was fantastic and helped us all the way to the topp. Thanks to the whole team most of us made ut to the top. They where not only guides but became friends along the way. Book your next trip whit Elia safari you will not regret it.

We have organized various trips to Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru with Elia Safaris in the past for many of our clients and made only the best experiences. The owner and general manager John is highly professional, a very experienced guide and has an excellent staff! Also the camp equipment of Elia Safaris is top!
