I would highly recommend booking your Kilimanjaro climb or safari through Kilipeak Adventure. They did an incredible job organizing our two week trip for us.
We started our trip with the trek up Mount Kilimanjaro. Everything was executed seamlessly, from the pickup at the airport, to the gear rentals, to the hike itself. My Brother and I had a team of 12 amazing guides/porters assist us throughout the 7 day climb. We were able to successfully summit Mount Kilimanjaro on February. We definitely would not have been able to do it without the dedication and care the team provided us. Our head guide, Florence, and assistant guide, Jonas, consistently checked in on us multiple times a day to make sure we were comfortable, eating enough, and drinking enough water. It’s also worth noting that Kilipeak Adventure is a member of Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project, which was one of the main reasons why we chose to climb with them as we wanted to ensure that the company we chose treated the porters fairly. Additionally, I want to give a shootout to Florence for taking pictures of us on the summit. We were too exhausted to take pictures on our cameras, but Florence and a porter did it for us. We’re thankful to have many great pictures from the summit.
After the climb, we did a 5 day, 4 night safari. Our guide/driver was Anthony and he did an incredible job taking us around Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Tarangire. He has extremely sharp eyes and was able to spot many different animals for us. We spotted the Big 5 two days into the safari! Anthony is also an extremely experienced guide. He is very knowledgeable about all the animals and was able to answer all of our questions. Not only did we leave the trip with lots of incredible photos, but also knowledge on how to distinguish between male and female giraffes/elephants/etc. and more facts about impalas than I’ll ever need. We truly enjoyed learning so much about all the animals we spotted! Other highlights include watching a cheetah and her cubs (the cubs were quite playful so it was exciting to watch), seeing a pack of lionesses, and a herd of elephants. There were too many incredible moments to list them all.
Thank you to everyone at Kilipeak Adventure for making this the most memorable trip for me and my Brother

If you're looking for the best guide company for your Kili climb or Tanzania safari, you've found them. My husband and I did the 8day Lemosho trek, 5day safari, Maasai tour and coffee/waterfall tour with Kilipeak Adventure. So, we'll start at the beginning! Before we booked, we read a ton of reviews and emailed a couple different guide companies, Abel was the most responsive and laid out the best itinerary. We trusted him from the start as he started as a Guide himself and built his own local business. We were picked up from the airport by Kilipeak Adventure Guide, with the warmest smile and most welcoming attitude.
Kili Climb:
Before we left our hotel for the climb, our guides Jonas and Florence came to our room to check our gear. They double checked to make sure we were prepared for all elements. We rented 1 sleeping bag and Down jacket that was high quality and warm. We felt very safe with Jonas and Florence, they were highly knowledgeable, fun, and attentive to us. Juma was our chef, his food was excellent. Fred was our waiter and he took great care of us. We loved when he brought coffee to our tent in the morning and he would boil water to put in our Nalgene bottles at night to keep us extra warm in our sleeping bags. We summited a day early because our group was feeling healthy and strong. One of the porters, Julius, joined us on the summit day and was an awesome addition. We had the best experience on the mountain with Kilipeak Adventure
Wildlife Safari:
We did 4 days of Safari in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti. Anthony was our guide and we couldn't have asked for a better one! He was so nice and knowledgeable about all the animals. He also has an amazing eye for finding animals we would have never seen. We saw Africa's Big 5 animals in 1 day! Kananga Special Tented Camp was our favourite place to stay.
If you want to book with a company where you feel like family then book with Kilipeak Adventure. Abel met us before and after the hike and joined us for a dinner. We watched Jonas and Florence pick up garbage on the mountain to throw away in trash cans. Abel joined us on the Massai and coffee tour and made us feel like we were just hanging out with our friends rather than being on a "tour". Not only did they all do their jobs exceptionally well but they are good caring people!
For excellent Kili climb and Safari kindly book with Kilipeak Adventure

We booked a trek with Kilipeak Adventures to climb Mount Kilimanjaro via Lemosho route in 8 days. Everything was perfect and above expectation. Very professional back-office team (preparation of the trip, briefing, gear rental) and amazing team on the mountain (guides, cook, porters). Thank you very much Jonas and Florence (guides) and all the rest of the team! We learned a lot about Kilimanjaro national park and we enjoyed very good food and comfortable camp every single day. If you want to make it to the top, spend a great week with a reasonable budget, Kilipeak Adventure team is the best option to choose!

We had an incredible safari day with Godwin being the driver. We were welcomed in the morning by Frank and he explained how the day would look like. Godwin took the time for us to view the animals but when he heard there were tigers and a cheetah, he stepped on the gas pedal so that we were able to see them. Amazing day!

Fantastic little (and local) company! A friend and I had the perfect opportunity to explore a variety of the services offered by Kilipeaks and cannot recommend them enough. We were on a tight timeline and had reached out to Abel (the owner), and were given a custom schedule that worked perfectly for us. From being chauffeured from a nearby hotel, to a group safari trip to Ngorongoro Crater, followed by a private tour of Tarangire the next day, and personal drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport that evening - the entire experience was awesome.
The group tour was a great way to meet people from all over the world while also enjoying the wilderness and wildlife of Ngorongoro Crater. We met with our group of 7 in the morning for breakfast. We had the chance to introduce ourselves and chat a little before our safari. We then loaded up into the Landcruiser and headed to the Crator. Once there, our guide gave lots of tidbits of information throughout the safari, as well answered all of our (many) questions. Lunch was simple and wholesome with all of our group's dietary restrictions being observed. We were incredibly lucky with this trip as we managed to see all of the Big Five in a single day.
Before our private tour the following day, at our request, Abel drove us to a nearby town to pick up some local food to try during our lunch, before meeting up with our new guide. At Tarangire, our luck continued with us being able to see a bull elephant charge a small pride of lions to scare them off. Shortly thereafter we also saw a small group of lionesses stalk and hunt some warthogs near a stream. Once again our guide for the day was great! He filled us in on all sorts of information about the animals we saw (and didn't see), provided us stunning views of the park and animals, and was very accommodating throughout.
Of the two different style trips (group and private), they both had pros and cons to them. Having done both though, I would highly recommend doing the private one as it was much more immersive, personalised, and relaxed. We could spend as much, or as little time, as we wanted watching the game; and had complete freedom with moving about the vehicle to get the best viewpoints. Plus the price was extremely affordable, and not much more than a group one.
Not only did we have a fantastic experience safari'ing with Kilipeaks; when Abel found out that we were looking to explore Zanzibar as well, he contacted a local Zanzibar friend of his that got us a private and extremely well priced tour of Nakupenda. Abel really went above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely personable, helpful, and easygoing with everything we threw his way.
I would highly highly highly suggest going with them for your safari (or other) in Tanzania! They are worth it and more!

My travel companion and I had an excellent experience in Tanzania. Our driver/guide was experienced at finding the best views of animals and handled the challenging roads with great skill. Our chef was amazing, creating delicious meals for us every day in the wilderness. We visited a Massai village and watched craftsmen carving ebony. Our local host provided us with a chance to experience home life with his family. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his daughter, son, wife and brother and even had a cooking lesson using fresh local ingredients.

After spending a week in Uganda to see the mountain gorillas, I went to Tanzania for a few days. Even though I only had three days I saw a lot! I was able to visit Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara National Park. Each is beautiful and offers a unique and different terrain.
As a solo, female traveler I was very impressed with the service and care I received from Kilipeak Adventure. Abel picked me up from the airport and drove me to Arusha for my first night's stay. The next morning, my driver/ guide, Domiyas, picked me up to start my safari adventure. I felt very well cared for and safe during my time in Tanzania. For this reason, I would highly recommend that you book with Kilipeak Adventure if you are planning travel to Tanzania. They do a variety of experiences including Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro treks, and safaris. My trip was customized and I had a private tour which was awesome! So whatever you are wanting to do, they can make it happen. They are thoughtful and detailed in planning your experience and will make sure you have the best experience! I will be returning to Tanzania and when I do, I will be contacting Abel and Kilipeak Adventure directly to coordinate.

We had a great adventure of our life time for the organised trip to visit giraffe Centre, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara National Reserve. We had what were promised above and beyond. The staff were so incredible and attentive, they were always going extra mile to make us comfortable and it was so appreciated. Bonus point for delicious food.
I can't recommend KiliPeak Adventure enough. I hope to do more adventures with them. Rayou Mwasha!

I watched National Geographic a lot and the experience of this trip to Africa (Kenya & Tanzania) is surreal. We booked our 10 days tour through Kilipeak and added one more day to visit Kilimanjaro, Materuni & the waterfall. It was well worth the extra day. The driver/tour guide was patient & very knowledgeable, we were able to see the Big Five, Great Migration within the first week. Only down side was the tented camp lodging was not to standard, guess ours was a low budget package, if you can afford it, request better. accommodation.

Kilimanjaro Trek via Marangu Route with Kilipeak Adventures
I had the amazing opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro through the Marangu Route, and Kilipeak Adventures made the experience unforgettable.
Frank and Abel, the partners at Kilipeak Adventures, were incredibly patient and easy to work with, helping me plan my entire climb. Abel picked me up from the airport and took me to a cozy private village in Arusha with a stunning view of Mount Meru. After a fantastic dinner, Abel took me to Kilimanjaro National Park the next morning, where he introduced me to the team that would guide me on my summit adventure.
The team was absolutely phenomenal:
King James, my guide, ensured I reached the summit safely, taking care of every need along the way.
Raphael, the chef, prepared an incredible Stroganoff beef meal at one of the camps, and every day I was treated to delicious breakfasts and dinners with my favorite fruits.
Isaac, a porter and server, ensured we had warm water and a nicely set table at every camp.
I could also see Philipo, Jonson, and Joseph moving equipment ahead of us, making sure everything was in place for a smooth journey.
Frank picked me up from the mountain after my summit and brought me back to the Jabulani private village. I truly had an amazing, supportive team and couldn’t be happier to have climbed with these wonderful people.
Thank you, Kilipeak Adventures, for such a memorable experience!
I highly recommend Kilipeak Adventures!
