3白４日の、タランギーレ、ンゴロンゴロ、セレンゲッティを廻るプライベートツアーに参加しました。
Smile with us tours in AfricaのオペレーターJacobは、メールの問い合わせ段階から、誠実かつスピーディーに連絡のやり取りをしてくれたため、安心して任せることができました。現地でも空港までの送り迎えも無料にしてくれたので助かりました。
ツアーガイドは、Freddyが担当してくれました。彼はとても経験豊富で頼りになる男で、動物をとても遠くから発見し、かつどのように動くのかも熟知していたため、他のどのツアー会社よりも近くかつたくさんの動物を観察することが出来ました。
また、私たちは、３日間Smile with us tours in Africaが用意した宿に泊まり、どの宿も良く清掃が行き届いていて、スタッフも親切、快適かつ楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
私たちは事前に、他のツアー会社にも打診しましたが、宿泊施設の質はSmile with us tours in Africaで提供していただいたのが一番良かったと考えています。
以上のことから、我々が払った値段で、あのサービスを受けられるなら絶対にお得だと思います。機会があればまたSmile with us tours in Africaに頼みたいと思います！
We participated 4 Days mid range safari Tarangire np, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.
Jacob, the operator of Smile with us tours in Africa, communicated sincerely and speedily from the e-mail inquiry stage, so I was able to leave it with confidence. His behavior was perfect because he picked me up on time, even after we arrived there.
The tour was guided by Freddy. He is a very experienced and dependable guide, he discovered animals from a great distance and knew how to move, so we were able to find animals more and closer than any other tour. I was able to observe.
In addition, we stayed at the hotels prepared by Smile with us tours in Africa for three days, all the hotels were well-cleaned, and the staff were friendly, comfortable and enjoyable. We consulted with other tour companies in advance, but we believe that the quality of the accommodation was best provided by Smile with us tours in Africa.
From the above, I think that it is absolutely advantageous if we can get that service at the price we paid. I would like to ask Smile with us tours in Africa again if I have the opportunity!

I can fully recommend the Smile with us tours in Africa as a safari organiser. We went for private and budget accommodation 4 days and 3 nights trip in January 2020 to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro area.
We book the drip 2 months in advance. The communication with Jacob was excellent before, during and after our trip. We paid a deposit before the trip and the rest in USD in Arusha. Try to get the most recent USD notes as 2006 & 2003 dated one are rarely accepted. The company picked up from Arusha airport and helped with doing some shopping before safari. At the end of safari, they provided transport to Kilimanjaro Airport. From the beginning to the end everything was well organised and in line with all agreements. The driver Mr Amani is every experienced and tired the best to show us all kind of animals. A chef surprised us with his excellent cooking skills. The car had a foldable roof what is a key during safaris. Camping sides were as expected, all with showers and toilets. The tent was spacious. We managed to see the big 5 but please remember this is not a zoo. It is more about the luck. Summarizing we are impressed of level of organisation and quality of services we received from Sime with us tours in Africa. Please feel free to contact me in case of any questions.

We absolutely loved our safari to Selous. The experience was relaxing and so enjoyable - all details were taken care of and we were able to sit back and relax. Our ride in the morning of the first day arrived on time and was quite pleasant to chat with. Our guide for the safari, Hassan, was fantastic. Hassan made sure that everything, to the best of his ability, went smoothly: from driving through the most seemingly untraversable roads to to securing the best spot to observe elephants crossing the road in front of you to helping you buy and ferri tickets for your next steps after the safari. Hassan's passion for the animals real showed and he was eager to share his knowledge with you. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an awesome time to see the animals and way of life of Tanzania.

We took a 5-Day Safari to Selous and Mikumi park. It was a long car ride to get from dar es salam to selous, selous to Mikumi and back to dar es salam but totally worth it. During the ride we saw all lot of small villages and how the people live there. They always friendly and waving when we passed by.
The parks where also very good. Not much other Safari cars so we could enjoy the silence of the nature and the animals. We saw a lot of animals (lions, giraffes, elephants, crocodiles, hippos...) up close just a few meters away from us.
The driver Hassan did a great job to show us all the animals and was a safe driver during the 7-9 hours ride between the hotels and parks.
The parks where also very good. Not much other Safari cars so we could enjoy the silence of the nature and the animals. We saw a lot of animals (lions, giraffes, elephants, crocodiles, hippos...) up close just a few meters away from us.

Had the best expereience ever me and my friends had a fantastic trio with smile with us tour... the guide was amazing and chef erasto was really amazing good meals and on time.... got to see many animals closers i really recommend them becauae their service is worth amazing

Perfect experience,
We booked the tour a day in advance, this was no problem. Directly we had good contact with (Jacob) smile tours they fixt everything for us; flights pick up and drop off from the hotel in Zanzibar. Clear and fast responses if we had any questions. Then the safari itself was unbelievable. Our guide Mr Salum Msese, he was realy friendly and knew a lot about the Forrest and animals that were found in the selous game reserve. Thanks to his expertise we were able to see all the animals we would want to see even the elusive leopard 🐆 He had the perfect spot next to the lake full of hippos f or an amazing view with an amazing lunch, after lunch we found out a lion was sitting just next to us. The night at Afrika safari camp was perfect. Good good friendly people and a really nice hut. The day after we did a river safari with kenneth also realy nice and saw a lot of animals again up close. We are back from our incredible 17-days-tour and I would highly recommend booking with Smile with us Tours in Africa! The communication and planning of the tour, choosing accommodations and activities was a very good experience. Jacob has arranged all accommodations and activities for our exciting individual itinerary and everything was very well organized, whereever we arrived.
Our guide on our long safari was Erick: He is speaking very good English and is just an amazing person with so much knowledge about nature, wildlife and culture – it was really a pleasure to travel with him! Up from our arrival at the airport we have enjoyed every minute of our long safari. There is nothing, he can’t deal with or what is impossible for him. Asante sana – we left with memories of a lifetime!
For sure we will plan our next trip with Jacob and his team to explore more places of this beautiful country.

First at all, I want to show my appreciation to this magnific Safari tour that in all the tour they had an incredible service in all the senses. Me and my friends we had 3 days safari with Smile With Us and from the first day we had very good connection with the driver and the cheff (Thanks Amani and Erasto), they explain to us everything about the animals and spots that we had during the trip. The cheff was awesome with all the breakfasts, lunchs n dinners. People was jealous from us for having such an amazing meals jajaja TOP!. #Erasto number 1. The driver was totally good in the whole trip. We enjoyed so much with him, his pattient and good humour with us for taking pictures everywhere and talk about everything of the safari was very good. He struggled a lot to search the best animals around for looking at them. The jeep is super comfortable, the roof is nice to have other views. The windows is ok. Generally, the car is perfect for the tour. Thank you so much Amani. Finally the conection by whatsapp with the guy fixing the planing and the options for the safari was very good. He answer really fast and help in everything u need if u have doubts about the trip. So if I have to give a rate to this marvelous team is 100 of 10. I truly recommend this team for ur future adventure. From all my crew THANKS!

Our guide Murshid went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible safari experience, despite our limited time. His kindness and care made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout our journey. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are for that.
As German visitors, "Smile with us" helped us fulfill a lifelong dream, and we couldn't be happier. We are already planning to come back in the next few years - this time for a whole week! We are impressed by your ability to tailor individual trips according to customers' wishes. The fact that we had the entire vehicle and our guide exclusively for us made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were having a 3 day safari trip in Selous Game Reserve. From the start communication about everything was fast and efficient. On the first day we had the river boat safari, which was fun and we were lucky enough to see the elephants on the way back to our camp. On the second day we had a full day for a safari. Our guide was Eli and he was amazing, really knowledgable and funny, trying his best to show us as much as possible. We enjoyed every minute of it. My partner was not feeling so well and Eli was kind enough to check every now and then is she ok or needs anything. We would recommend this to everyone and if we ever go to a safari again would love to have Eli as a guide.
