We had a fantastic experience with Safari Avventura and would highly recommend anyone planning to visit Tanzania to go via them. Our guide Innocenti
(Inno) welcomed us graciously at Kilimanjaro airport, the team were really sweet in decorating our 4 × 4 with customised stickers with our names (it was our honeymoon trip). We set off our journey from Kilimanjaro airport to a nearby hotel lodge to shower and change, from there we visited Tarangire National park, we saw a lot of animals and Inno was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and enlightened us on interesting facts. We stayed in Karatu overnight and left for Ngorongoro the next morning. This was one of the most beautiful parts of of the trip and we will forever cherish the moments we spend there. We spotted many animals and had lunch at a beautiful setting near a waterbody. Inno always kept us in good spirits, we felt absolutely safe, his knowledge of the routes and the geography truly left us in total awe. (No google maps/gps). We never for once got lost or asked for directions. Our journey continued from Ngorongoro to Serengeti National park where we stayed at the Embalakai camps for 2 nights in a comfortable tent. The next morning we set out to explore the wild cats of Serengeti and saw a big groups of Lions, Inno drove us really into the deep to spot the majestic cheetahs. He really took the effort to make sure we were not surrounded by a lot of jeeps to make our experience more special. Thank you for the wonderful memories Inno and to Safari Avventura. Keep up the great work and giving people the opportunity to visit your beautiful country.

If you are planning to book a Safari in Tanzania, Safari Avventura is the place to do it! We went there for our honeymoon and after doing some research we decided it was the best company to book our trip; they offer an excellent service, Gianluca and Francis were there to answer all the questions we had before the trip so we could prepare, they made sure everything was perfect and done for our arrival to Arusha, and the guide we had Elias, made our stay there the most amazing thing ever. Elias knew a lot which made the trip super interesting because he took the time to explain us about the culture, about the animals, about the parks. He did everything he could so we could see not only all the Big 5, but tons of other interesting animals, in different scenarios ! We had a lot of fun sharing our days with Elias. The hotels we stayed in were good and the food was really good as well ! Safari Avventura offers the best quality / price ratio and the thing we liked the most is that we were working with a local agency. Gianlucca, Francis and Elias, Camille and I are so very happy we chose you to do our honeymoon! Thank you for all the details you made to make our trip this amazing !

Excellent customer care with great details such as personalised stickers with our names on 4x4.
Innocent Albert is a very professional and skilled guide - other operator guides would follow Innocent instead of trying their own luck...
Innocent was also very friendly and accommodating with all our requests.
The lodging options were also quite satisfactory and convenient itinerary wise.
Francis, one of the owners insisted in meeting us and kept on assessing our degree of satisfaction with their services, as well as our well-being even after our departure.
I can only very strongly recommend Safari Avventura to anybody willing to explore Tanzania's game parks and wildlife!

August 2022, finally we go! We booked a six days safari, plus a week at sea in Zanzibar, with Safari Avventura after reading excellent reviews about them: a perfect choice! The lodges and tented camps in Tanzania, and the resort in Zanzibar were all of a very good standard and the cuisine was also excellent. During the safari we felt privileged because we were perhaps the only ones to have a hot meal with the table set in the middle of the savannah and not a bag of simple sandwiches and fruit. In addition, there were drinks and snacks always available on the jeep. The perfect organization, without even the slightest hitch, allowed us to fully enjoy the emotions that a safari brings: seeing animals so closely, in their habitat, is an exhilarating experience. It made me feel like an ecstatic child in front of so much wonder. Credit also goes to our guide Regan, who spoke perfectly Italian, and who took us around four of the most beautiful parks in Tanzania with professionalism and competence. I absolutely recommend Safari Adventures, if I go back I would choose them again.

We have booked a 7 day package trough travel agents and were very lucky we got Safari Avventura as our safari guides.
We were on out honeymoon and the company labeled the car with our names, which was a pleasant surprise.
Our guide Hasheem was amazing! He always helped us with taking pictures and videos, and tried his best to allow us to capture best shots on camera. It always seemed that he was doing his best to allow us to see as much as we could, and we managed to see all of the big 5, including rhino!
Due to his knowledge of animal behavior we were lucky to see cheetah hunting an antilope! (he insisted is to wait while we thought nothing is happening).
Also, there was not a single question our guide has not answered! Overall an amazing experience. He also brought us to local bar to play pool as we had some time before our flight back.
The whole trip was really good with serengeti NP taking the crown. Lake manyara was least interesting, as we did not see many big animals, but we got to see very beutiful birds (we joked that it was a bird sighting day).
Also, tribe visits were shocking, but interesting and would definetely recommend to include them into trip. Altough would skip visiting Masai village, as it felt like a tourist-trap.

We had a 6-day safari with Safari Avventura hosted by a French-speaking guide (Calvin) and a driver (Richard). Doing: Tarengire, Ngoron Goron, and Serengiti
Both Calvin and Richard are amazing, nice, insightful and friendly. We always felt in security
Food was excellent (no box, fresh from the kitchen), quality of service amazing and our 3 kids were in awe.
Safaris were excellent we were lucky to see everything we wanted (see picture) but we feel that the team knew exactly where to take us
I can only recommend the company and Calvin + Richard.
If you see them again, please give them a hug from the whole family ❤️

My 5-member family and I went on 5 days safari with Safari Avventura in July. We visited Manyara Lake, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National parks. So far, this was the trip of our lives! We have 3 children, two boys (15 and 13 years old) and little girl 4,5 years old. I was mostly concerned about her spending 5 days in car driving. However, everything went more than OK. We had a wonderful guide Calvin who was very attentive and caring towards us end especially her, always trying to have extra chocolate or juice or anything for her so that she would feel as most comfortable as possible. He did a great job as a guide, always telling and explaining us whatever we asked him and wherever we went. Every day he gave his best to find as much animals as possible. Logistics were great, almost every day out in the field we had cooked lunch, there were always enough water, juices and snacks in the car. We felt safe with Calvin wherever we went. I absolutely recommend Safari Avventura as agency for going on a safari and definitely ask Calvin to be your guide!

We had a 7-day safari with italian speaking guide Elia. The trip was very well organized, the accomodation were amazing, both in the room and food quality, expecially the tented camp in the middle of Serengeti. The car was in perfect condition at our arrival and cleaned after every dusty day.
A special mention to the guide Elia, who showed impressive driving and animal spotting skills, with a wide knowledge of every animal we encountered. Elia was also very caring and mindful, and ensured that we all felt safe in every moment.
We strongly recommend this wonderful experience

We booked a 9 days private safari to celebrate a special occasion and every detail was tailored to our specific needs and requests. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and were always respectful of the environment. Also our meals were very tasty; we never had packed lunches, like the other tour operators, but every day a proper meal consisting of rice or pasta, meat, vegetables and fruit. Moreover, the jeep was fit with a fridge continually filled up with fresh beverages and snacks.
If this were not enough, the added value to the experience were definitely our guides, Hasheem and Christian. For the entire duration of the trip they went above and beyond to make sure we felt confortable, safe and content. Hasheem is a real professional: very knowledgeable of everything related to Tanzania: history, geography, society, fauna and flora. His driving was in any occasion safe and attentive. Thanks to his experience and sharp sight he was always able to show us even the most rare and secretive animal. Furthermore, both Hasheem and Christian are very nice and real fun, a much appreciated company even beyond the game drive. They speak perfect Italian and are very good at taking pictures and making videos, which will remain as wonderful memories.
If you are thinking about a safari trip to Tanzania (and you really should...) you must refer to Safari Avventura and ask for Hasheem, that will be a guaranteed success.

As usual I made my research, got in touch with 3 companies and chose one to organise the trip, thanks God it was Safari Avventura.
Michela was prompt and accommodating right from the start, her patience is worth to mention as well. We changed the itinerary several times, different arrival and departure times for the party, vegetarians on board... She dealt with everything.
Once we landed in Tanzania, everything was also very smooth. Francis was out local contact, he was always hands on. We had a lovely guide in Arusha and then during safari Elias and Mrambo were both amazing. These two gentlemen greeted us every morning with beautiful smiling faces, did their best to spot animals, kept the cars clean all the time.
You understand if a travel agent is really good once a problem occurs, and believe me anything can happen during such a trip. We had a slight hiccup in Zanzibar, Francis and Michela did everything to fix it immediately and really stole my heart.
Safari Avventura rocks! Go to Tanzania, go with Safari Avventura.

Ciao Antonella,
Da luglio a Agosto è il periodo secco il migliore per poter effettuare il safari in quanto le probabilità delle piogge sono molto ridotte.
Per Zanzibar io ti consiglio la parte sud dell'isola ancora selvaggia e meno battuta dal turismo di massa.
L'influenza delle maree sono più evidenti rispetto al nord ma le consiglio perché hanno un fascino particolare ed unico nel suo genere.
