I love this spa so much <3 the quality of service you receive is exactly like what you would receive in America or in Europe at a spa for a fraction of the price!! The ladies who run Ai Care are the sweetest ladies ever who genuinely do such a great job every time! I visit here every time I come to Tanzania and I’ve had multiple services which all have been amazing:)

The environments within are good, also the service is excellent, come and see one of the best spa in arusha region.

one of special place in Arusha. I like the environments, employee and the rooms. The design of couple massage room is perfect.

I'm torn about my review because I really, really loved my massage therapist!!!! Agnes gave a fantastic, perfect massage and was very attentive to my needs without me even having to say anything.
However, I'm pretty sure I was significantly overcharged by the cashier. The prices at the front desk listed Swedish 1 hr massages (what I got) for $35 USD. There was also a special massage discount on Sundays, when I visited - I think 10% off. Now that I look at my credit card bill, however, I see that I was charged nearly $45. Even with the 4% credit card fee, that's about $10 more than I should have been charged given the actual price and the discount. A very disappointing way to end what otherwise would have been a perfect visit - made all the more so because I was planning to go back!
