Me and my mum have done 5 days safari trip with Auram Safaris...Luigi, owner of the company customized for us private safari road trip including all parks we wanted to visit as Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongo crater and Serengeti. Within a trip we have seen all animals we could wish for as our driver=guide could spot animals, which we had hard time to find with binoculars. Plus we were lucky enough to witness wildebeest migration. We couldn't be more happy about provided services and accomodation...nothing was a problem - stopping for local market, restroom, streching the legs, pictures. As per accomodation - all places we stayed in were really clean, staff friendly making our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend them to everyone and if I would go again, maybe for Kilimanjaro one day, I would choose the same company. *professional communication *punctuality *perfect English *knowledge *cleanliness of car

I did the Rongai route with Auram Safaris and it was excellent. At no time did I feel pressured to conform to their itinerary. The guides were flexible and not pushy. The whole service was customer centric and not centered around meeting deadlines. Guides were dedicated keeping the entire climbing experience as clean and natural as possible. Every ounce of trash we generated was accounted for and carted away. This sort of dedication to being environmentally friendly was eye opening. I noticed this trait in all the company employees. A few days after my trek when I was back in Arusha staying at the Arusha Hotel, I decided to take in an impromptu game tour to Tarangire and went through Auram Safaris again as I had enjoyed my Kili trek with them. When two of their representatives visited me at the hotel to help plan for my bush safari I could not help notice that both were drinking water from Nalgene bottles that they had brought with them. This was true of their guides and driver as well, when outside of the Kili and game reserves. Their commitment to being environmental friendly is reflected throughout.

I only had one day in the area, and I wanted to get up Kilimanjaro a bit. My guide, Amsi, was pretty awesome! It was just he and me, and, both being fit, we trekked up the hike pretty fast. We stopped along the way for him to show me plants and the Colobus monkeys. Overall, seems like a great tour company, and Amsi was a great guide.

We done the 8 day Lemosho route with Auram. We have nothing but praise for Chidy, Jodfrey and the whole team who were fantastic from the get go. This is a good quality local operator, who only had our best interest and safety as priority. The food, equipment and patience of the team was excellent. Without doubt the hardest physical activity we have ever done but we made it to the Summit, going very very pole pole. Chidy and Jodfrey allowed us to walk at our snail pace, which was no doubt painfully slow for them. They may not be one of the bigger and well known operators but we found them to be excellent and clearly also make sure all the porters are well looked after and probably equipped. Thanks Auram , magical experience and worth the hard slog, aches and pains.
