It is an old government office, still in use. Do Not confuse, not a tourist building. You may walk in and make a circle. Just go across of the road and have coffee and view it... read more

It's a nice place to visit, and it's within walking distance of the train station so is good to go, but don't expect much from it. Except of you're an architect ...

A gem of a building built during the Japanese period. This building is located in the old section of Taichung so a walk in this neighborhood is a trip in the past .

I have been driving around, including US, UK, Canada, Europe, Japan, Malaysia, you name it. But tonight I feel not like driving. So, I decided to take a ride on the new Taichung BRT. this is the old taichung city Hall . it is housing the environmental office now. it is very attractive on the outside. it is one of the nicer looking older buildings of Taiwan. across the street is another attractive old building that had been turned into a free museum.
