We spent an enjoyable week in Sri Lanka with Go Holiday Tours. Dhanushka is a wonderful guide and driver who showed us around the country, providing us with sufficient sightseeing suggestions while maintaining flexibility to customize the itinerary based on our interests. We booked a private tour to go from the coast to Ella and on the way we wanted to stay a night near Yala National Park.
The tour was amazing, our driver was super nice and stopped along the way to show us animals 😊 Everything was cared for, from accommodation to transfer and everything was very nice. Thanks again for taking care of us 🙏

What is important in a driver/tour guide? Punctuality, excellent English, interesting and communicates well, drives safely, knowledgeable, honest.

Dhana was a simply perfect guide for our two-week trip to Sri Lanka.
He showed us the authentic side of Sri Lanka and was always very attentive to our needs, fulfilling all our little wishes.
He realized a tailor-made tour for our road-trip in Sri Lanka, providing us with impeccable service and allowing us to get to know and experience the 'local' traditions without ever making us experience anything too touristy. We really felt at home!

For our two-week trip to Sri Lanka we entrusted the organization to Dhana. With his motto “Everything is possible”, Dhana is not just a guide but a friend and travel companion, always careful that the journey is proceeding in the right direction and attentive to every request.

When we arrived in Colombo, Pradeep was there and greeted us warmly. We had an unforgettable 9-day trip from Colombo to Trincomalee.

We made a great trip to the south of Sri Lanka at the end of December 2019 and the beginning of January. Dhanushaka and alternately his German driver Sanjeewa accompanied and guided us. Everything was excellent, unbelievably reliable, punctual, very committed and extremely warm. We made a tour with children from Galle to Rekawa beach, lunugamvehera national park, Gal oya national park (with boat safari and walk with Veedha tribe), Ella, train ride to Nanu oya, Hatton. We are reminded of beautiful and varied landscapes, authentic food, absolutely child-hostile people and a variety of plants and animals. Go Holidays is 100 percent serious and good. Even with small children you can plan a trip with many stops. We will be back! Thanks for everything !

I start my tour Feb 2019 and wondered if anyone could a safe a few questions please.
Did you tip your guide daily or at the end?
Do you pay for his/her lunches? ECT
What is a good tip amount, For guide and each hotel ECT ?
Did you take cash only ? And what currency please?
I am unsure if I should used a card to take cash out of a bank whilst I am there.

No it is very proud to mentioned here that tour guide we did not pay single money nor he asked or expect any thing from us .on the other hand he has given surprise in our long journey from his own pocket.we don't required extra any where .we used shrilankian rupee
