I would like to pay a special attention to a good job of Airwing Tours and Budget car rental companies in Sri Lanka. What is necessary to stress, the companies perform really informal service to customers: they look at customers’ needs and try to do the best. And what is the most important – they follow a customer all the time and solve problems if any. Especially I would like to note the work of the manager Mrs. Lourdes. Me and my wife were met in the airport, had got the rental car quickly (all documents were arranged beforehand). The drop off the car was also fast before our departure. And, when during our way something wrong happened with the car (everyone knows that it could happen unpredictably), Mrs. Lourdes reacted immediately – directed us to the proper garage, and the firms paid for the car repairing. At the same time, Mrs. Lourdes offered us connection with “right” organizer of the safari to the National Park Yala (Nimal +94 77 311 7443), who offered us the experienced jeep driver (Lokka +94 77 484 3217). As a result we were lucky to see and take nice pictures of the leopard in Yala, which was one of the main thing of our whole trip to Sri Lanka. During your visits to Sri Lanka I’d really recommend to deal with Airwing Tours and Budget car rental companies.

Very helpful and prompt in their replies (thanks, Harsha) when arranging us a driver for our ten day trip. We weren’t after further tour arrangement but would recommend them as a helpful, responsive tour company. And was recommended them by a friend who’d arranged a load of transport for a wedding through them previously.

Rajitha from Airwing travel followed up to make sure we were safely back at the airport after a month of touring this amazing country. Great attention to detail started with an excellent driver - Persad who weaved his way through electrical traffic while we crIss crossed the country - breathtaking beaches , welcoming places of faith and invigorating hikes . Stayed at clean and comfortable rooms always facing the ocean and having amazing authentic breakfast with no tummy rumbles . Some hotels were especially nice with lovely gardens and chirping birds and beautiful flora . Waking up to the ocean sounds was a treat and always well maintained grounds
We were within budget with no surprise charges and our requests for additional meals and extended stay was accommodated at a better rate than I could find .

We spend three weeks in Sri Lanka and where suprised bij de personal attention we received from Airwing Tours. They asked during our holliday frequently of everything was OK, and where quick to resolve problems. Our driver/guide was very patient and told us all about Sri Lanka. We had a great time. Thanks Airwing Tours..

In those six days, this tour company had provided very good services. It had all start with a very timely liaison. Kind and talkative driver make us have a lot of fun on the way. The car is very comfortable and clean of cause. The reserved rooms are always comfortable and tidy, which can easily view the ocean in the room, and always with a swimming pool. Taking us to great and delicious restaurants. Was always concerned about the situation on our way.
I would like to say that it’s a very responsible company, which take everything about their customer seriously. It was a very happy and satisfy journey because of their help.
