Beautiful colourful clothing, bags, jewellery, homewares. We bought two pieces of art - hand painted on wood in Sri Lanka - an elephant and a flower. Both divine. Not cheap - but good value as these items are authentic Sri Lankan. Part of the store...More

We visited Barefoot twice during our stay in Galle and we found the merchandises quite relevant to the community. From what we had picked up they were handmade locally in Sri Lanka. There were toys, clothes, fabrics (which we bought for making cushions back home),...More

We visited this store and found the saleswomen and the store in charge to be extremely rude and impolite. We happened to shop a lot at stores around Barefoot namely Spa Ceylon (for luxury ayurvedic cosmetic products) and Luv SL by Odel for souvenirs and...More

We visited Barefood during the day, just around the lunch hours. We have been impressed with its absolutely stunning offer. So many interesting home decors in one place - some of them a true piece of art, great value for money.

A good place to shop for local products. The service was poor may be it was crowded due the Galle literary festival.

If you want some genuine local designed products that support the local community and trades this is the place to go. Fantastic bath products, kitchen ware and clothing. Fantastic little shop.

Wanted to visit here after my daughter had recommended Barefoot. This is a small outlet. Did not have many of my sizes, but beautiful clothing. Will visit Colombo's flagship store. Yes, staff do follow you around which is intimidating but we decided to chat to...More

Nice store with a great collection of Lankan artifacts, soft toys etc. Its a good place to get a feel of what souvenirs one can buy in Sri Lanka. However, most of the stuff is heavily overpriced.
