Best to use 304 from Eonyang with infrequent bus to museum or 308 and walk the 1 - 2km. There is a lovely walk in the woodland besides the river. One way leads to the dinasuar markings in the rocks. To be honest I could see much. Across the water is a large engraved rock. The other way leads to a rock face with engravings on. There are free telescopes to view closer.
