How to express my visit at this art center. I was really quite suprised about the exposition there. I'm not very a high "connaisseur" of art but I did really like the exposition showing there, especially the Moya one. I really like the artist vision. This visit makes me want to learn more about the artist and their art (not only Moya) . Everyone who's coming to Busan (South Korea) should definetly have to take a look in this art center. The visit is approximetly around 1 to 2 hours. The owner is very sweet. She even meet some artists personally and that makes the place extra special. I would have love to talk more to her but I was too shy. When I'll be back to Busan, Radium art center will be one of the place that I will visit again. Très bonne expérience !

The first time I visited Radium Art Center last summer, it was under construction. My second visit this year revealed the new renovations brought to this art space.

Let me tell you there is definitely more to see than your average gallery. The space itself is larger than any other galleries I've seen here in Busan. I really enjoyed the École de Nice exhibitions; I've become a fan of Sosno's sculptures and Yves Klein's blue.

If you're a fan of contemporary art, I recommend an hour at this gallery before or after heading to Haeundae Beach!

Also the director is very nice and fluent in English! 감사합니다 수!

If you're in for a treat you should definitely visit Radium Art Center!

I went to the art gallery - or art center - which I could tell once I entered has a lot of exciting objects to exhibit and narratives to tell. The current exhibition "Andre Villers' Picasso" shows a great selection of works by the famous photographer Andre Villers.
I'm impressed by how well curated it is since the deep connection between Villers and Picasso is manifested throughout the entire exhibition. That connection has various of expressions and I'm sure you can recognize some of Picasso's stylistic cubist patterns in Villers' own installation of decoupage works showing his 'secret garden'. I'm sure you'll find Villers' photographs of Picasso in the 1950's expressing their special bond, portraying him at different occasions very touching as well.

I wish to visit again so I can experience the coming exhibitions!

All the best from Copenhagen, Denmark.

It was so small space than I expected . Entrance fee was also so expensive . Specially the woman of artcenter was not nice. I think it is a waste of time to visit there.

Okay, I saw all these wonderful reviews. I expected some spectacular experience, but no. First, I was surprised at how small the museum is. The price was high, so I expected the experience to be at the level of the price.
Maybe my standard is way too high. I visited all the famous museums around the world, and obviously this museum didn't meet my expectation.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely surprise, on my way back from Haedong Yonggung Temple, I stopped over at the Radium Art center. It's a small art gallery with few rooms but with so much exclusive art creation from The french photographer Villers. Also, what makes this art gallery so exceptional, is the kindness of the director, she used to know personally Villers and around an espresso she can tell you or explain so many things about the exposition. The art gallery being a bit small, and if you are not an absolute fan of photography i truly advise to couple this visit with other activities around (there are tons of them)

I wasn’t expecting much when I chose to see this Art Center, but the moment I stepped in, I was so intrigued. It shows lives of 2 artists through photography. It was fun. You could tell the people who put the exhibition together had passion for it. It wasn’t just pictures on the wall.. 💟 Thank you for the experience.

My wife and I had a delightful experience visiting the Radium Art Center that offers an unusual combination of gallery with art for sale, museum, education center, coffee bar, and gift shop. Though the space is small, it offers extremely high-quality works that make it a gem for art lovers of all ages and education levels.
In reading Trip Advisor reviews before visiting Radium, I noted the range of reactions that seem driven by viewer expectations. For viewers anticipating a large facility with a single purpose, Radium is perhaps disappointing, but if visitors arrive knowing that this facility offers the combination I described above, Radium offers a rich, very fulfilling art experience.
The current exhibits feature Andre Villers photographs of his friend Pablo Picasso and Patrick Moya art works—paintings and sculpture. The Radium owner, Sue Jeong Lee, knew the late Villers and knows Moya, so she could provide compelling history and anecdotes about each artist and his work. Especially interesting were her insights about Villers’ relationship with Picasso that allowed the French photographer to chronicle all aspects of Picasso’s life—public adulation, work in progress, and intimate personal moments when, for example, Picasso displayed his sense of humor as he donned striking props and assumed quirky poses. Radium provides extensive text and even some video content about the works it displays in both Korean and French, making the experience both educational and intriguing.
Given Radium’s multiple objectives, it is a revelation that makes a visit well worthwhile for anyone who loves the visual arts.

This gallery was just what I was looking for! It is a beautifully curated, specialized gallery exhibiting different artists and themes every 6 months or so. It is inspiring, pleasing to the eye, and they have a super cute shop! I left feeling totally inspired... highly recommend!
