Before coming up I played it until I gasped. The way up from the road below You will see a picture of a tower on the ground. Walk straight up. Unfortunately the escalator was not working. So I had to walk up. At the end, I got to go up the escalator and save my life. Because I was tired, I went up to rest and take pictures with the tower. But I didn't walk up to see the view from the tower because I'm tired and think there's not enough time. At the top is a garden area. The atmosphere is good and the weather is cool.

We were on a cruise and took a shuttle bus into town which dropped us off near the fish market. We strolled through the shops and alleys up toward the tower, took the steps and paths up to the base of the tower and purchased tickets. The tower itself offers fantastic views of Busan and surrounding areas. There were gamified activities to help keep younger visitors occupied but we focused on the views. The walk to and from the tower was just as entertaining.

This attraction is definitely one of the first places you need to go to when you arrive in Busan. If nothing else it helps you to get your bearings re how the city is laid out and what is worth going to see. The views are stunning and you can stay at the top for as long as you like once you're in. There is also a gift shop and a cafe available so you can grab a drink and have a nice sit down whilst staring at the view. Its not crazy cheap but it is worth doing and the area around the tower is nice too. They have escalators that you can use to get up to the tower or you can use the cable car. We went up in the cable car and down in the escalators which I enjoyed because they have fab neon signs in those covered escalator areas.

The tower stands in the middle of a small hill park in the Nampo district of Busan. Is fairly easy to reach by bus and even free with the "Visit Busan Pass". I personally liked the trip to and up the tower.

Visiting Busan has become a staple of visiting Busan Tower. This time, I looked for it when entering Busan port by Guanbu ferry, and it gave me a surprisingly low-profile impression because there are many high-rise buildings in the surrounding area. When it is lit up at night, the impression is somewhat different, but if it is Busan Tower, it actually looked good to go up to Yongdusan Park and see it.

Built in 1973 when the city was much less extensive than now, the Busan Tower is in a sense the vestige of a bygone era. The view to the original city center and the port is interesting but does not do justice to the metropolis of the 21st century. Some visitors will be annoyed by recent additions, no doubt to increase the number of visitors: Nautilus submarine decor elements, colourful drawings superimposed on the view in certain windows, flashy signage, etc. It should be noted that the tower is located on top of a hill beautifully landscaped as a park and very popular with the local population. On Sundays, there is a rolling fire of amateur dance and martial arts shows.
