One of the less well-known Busan tourist spots is here. I heard It only takes 10 minutes by bus from nampodong Station.
The town is located on the coast and is popularly known as "Korea's Santorini" due to its stunning scenery. There are plenty of photo spots with unobstructed views and colorful murals. Also, many lovely cafes to discover here. We went to the cafe Lazycat here. The cafe's design is minimalist, I really love its rooftop view. it's really mesmerizing.

This has become one of favorite destinations in Busan now. I have been to Busan serval times and am so surprise I did not know about this gem. Everything was nice and no complaints. The locals on the island where nice, wonderful view, English friendly enough to get what I want. I discovered that during a certain time of the year, you can see actually whales!!!! Ah I hope to go back and visit during that time, I love whales and to see them in their natural habit would be amazing. I highly recommend you visit this place on your trip to Busan.

This is a lesser known village in Busan compared to Gamcheon Culture Village. We enjoyed this place thoroughly as you get panoramic ocean views from any part of this village. There are numerous cafes and little shops selling crafts which makes this a quaint charming place. Murals, painted piano staircase are some highlights. There are 5 staircases which lead down from the village to the Jeoryeong Coastal Walk. The Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel leads you to Jungni Beach. Highly recommend to visit especially on a sunny day. The beautiful sea vista and cooling breeze will chase all your cares away.

Minimal shops that are not very good, minimal restaurants and crowded! HARD Pass unless you want to walk along the ocean on the board walk which is under construction and the walk is very short. The construction makes you climb up a lot of steps to go around and then come back down another set of steps.

The area of interest is following the coast . Former poor coastal village renovated 2011-2012 it is now a cultural and artistic village. Walking along, one passes many little stores, artists’ workshops, little coffee shops , some restaurants.
Huinnyeoul Culture Village is nice but was not nearly as interesting as anticipated by us. Rather average, but might be an ok choice of location to visit if you are in the area.

There’s not a lot to see here. The food options are quite limited, mainly coffee and cake. If you’re in Busan for many days, then it might be worth it. I’d suggest Gamcheon is a much better experience and worth the trip. We didn’t stay long and wouldn’t recommend.

This was beautiful. Such a lovely art walk with nice views. I am actually surprised it is not ranked more highly as things to do in Busan. The colours, art, quirky coffee shops and setting were lovely. Felt like I was back in Greece. Wear good shoes. Can get chilly so take a light throw. I was doing a photography walk with a guide and would never have found this myself!

The village is very beautiful, between art centers and small shops. There is a great panorama over the whole bay of Songdo, this place deserves the detour!!
Little downside, the Awards in the shops are sometimes exaggerated.

I've always heard about Gamcheon Cultural Village and this was my first time visit Huinnyeoul Culture Village! It's so peaceful and quiet. Very little tourists and plenty of picturesque cafes with the perfect seaview!!

I went without knowing anything about it and without seeing any photos. Wow! What a pretty place. I took the lovely painted walk by the sea, went through the lights tunnel and continued on a rocky path. Then made my way back and up the steep stairs to the village. The views are gorgeous from any point of this area, whether looking up or down. The village itself is kinda like Gamcheon, just the scenery is more beautiful. As a bonus there is temple just atop the village. This village was the nicest surprise in my Busan trip.
