Great facility and fantastic massage, however….the biggest issue I experienced was that my 90 minute massage only lasted 80 minutes. The massage was $139 for 90 minutes and I was looking forward to relaxation and every minute I was paying for. I was not going to reference this here but the customer service that followed the shortened massage time was below par. For the “inconvenience”, I received a small gift bag with some free samples and two cards each for $10 to try another NEW service. What if I didn’t plan to return to that facility? I don’t want the free samples. I was told that they fixed me a gift bag rather than discounting my service that was cut short because I already had a voucher I brought in for $20 off my first visit as a first time customer. One thing has nothing to do with the other. I was not going to push the issue since I brought it to their attention and I did not want to spend more time hashing it out, but this was not the service I expected based on the reviews I read about this location. I am disappointed in this. Prior to my service, there were a couple additional issues. I arrived over 2 hours before my service to relax and, upon checking in, I was told my masseuse was Danica but I had been told twice via phone that it would be Drew while I was booking my massage the week before as I requested a male. After I was checked in, I was told to enjoy the facility and relax. They would follow up with me to let me know what they could do and I may have to change my time (and my husband too since we were booked at the same time in different rooms). After some time they worked it out by moving our services up a bit so we’d both start at the same time and I'd have a male masseuse. Our appointment time passed as we waited in the relaxation room. Then, his masseuse came to get him a couple minutes after the appointment time started and mine a couple minutes after that (mine arrived 5 minutes late). No big deal as I figured since we had arrived on time (way before, actually), our masseuses would adjust their time accordingly so we would still have 90 minute massages. My massage was complete before my husband’s. I happened to have a watch in the pocket of my robe so I was surprised that I had not received the full time. I thought maybe they included prep time in their service time (would be highly unusual) but the desk attendant confirmed that the stated time should be the time of the actual massage. This was such an unfortunate first time experience here. As a side note, they should update their prices online as they are less than the prices charged (their in-house brochures are up to date). Also, their website just loads continuously when you try to make an appointment online so you must call to schedule. And, while the steam room, sauna and rain shower are so lovely and relaxing, they should be sure to inspect the drains for the shower regularly. I showered while I was there and water ran into the hallway of the women’s lounge due to improper drainage so I had to alert the attendants.

I will never go anywhere else now that I've tried this place out.
When I first arrived, I was brought to the ladies locker room to change into a luxurious robe and sandals. Then I was brought in to the salon for my pedicure. I sat in a massage chair and enjoyed a lengthy leg/foot massage and treatment and my toes came out beautiful. My pedicurist was very sweet, brought my fresh hot coffee, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I then had my nails done, which was also done flawlessly.
Then I went to the relaxation room, which is basically a room with a ceiling full of sky lights and super comfortable beds with the softest blankets ever. I laid down there while waiting for my massage appointment and listened to the trickling water. They had fresh made (delicious!) cookies out and trail mix as well. For drinking: Soothing, hot tea and ice water infused with grapefruit, lime and mint.
My massage was hands down the best I've ever had. You have to go to Meredith! She was wonderful. I had a 1-hr relaxation massage. Meredith had me pick an aromatherapy oil that I liked best. I started face-down and before we started she told me to take a deep breath in through my nose--she had a handful of aroma right underneath--amazing how a deep breath of that relaxes your whole body almost immediately. The massage was the perfect pressure and I loved how she used hot towels to relax my muscle tension. At the end instead of just walking out, Meredith used some type of mist (magical, really) that she gently massaged over my eyes and sinuses. It was a great way to end the massage. When I changed and stepped out of the room she was right there waiting for me with a fresh cup of grapefruit water.
To finish my amazing spa day, I went into the ladies locker rooms and utilized everything!--The steamroom, sauna, and indescribable rain shower with their luxury shampoo and conditioner. I didn't want to leave!
Basically, this is the best place to go if youre looking to relax and unwind. Service was wonderful (they are very well coordinated) and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I visited the spa recently with one other person. We come about every six months. We have always had an amazing experience here, with the exception of this recent time. We likely won't return.
The front desk staff is different every time we visit. This time, there was a young woman who seemed not only confused, but topped it off with a nasty attitude. I had a question which she said she had to ask someone in the back about. When the woman walked out, she was rolling her eyes with a nasty look on her face. She was an older woman with purple and yellow hair. Purely nasty attitude, not sure why either of these people work in customer service. I inquired about spa week participation, which the multi-hair colored woman stated they never do. Funny, I've come for spa week multiple times. In fact that's how I learned about this spa back in 2014. Regardless, the woman was more interested in using an unamused condescending tone with me rather than just stating they no longer participate. I was just looking to figure out when I can expect to book my next services. Either way, this place is apparently going downhill.
The spa service was great. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Allison and Nancy. The issue is, I go to the spa to have a calm relaxing experience. This failed to be that, so I would rather take my spa days elsewhere.

My daughter and I recently booked two therapeutic massages on a Sunday. While the quality of the massage was good, we both experienced very disturbing constant noise from the compressor of the steam room. The experience was very much like having a massage while having an MRI. Impossible to relax. There were at least 6 empty treatment rooms, so I don’t understand why we we placed at the end near the steam room. Terrible experience and will not be back.

Don’t waste your time or money for the nail services. For a spa that markets itself as high end with professional nail technicians, they certainly don't try too hard to live up to those standards. My mother and I went for an Express Pedicure in early June. Not only were we taken late, but Lisa ended my pedicure 15 minutes early to take her next appointment. Worse than that, my mother’s nail tech, Hollen, cut her foot while she was buffing it, and then denied it when my mom complained of pain. To top it off, she then put acetone directly onto the open cut and said it was dry skin, despite the visible gash. Neither of us had polish on the edges of our nails, and for $53 each our feet looked awful. My mother and I have both been dedicated customers at Complexions for over 4 years. I e-mailed Denise Dubois, the owner, the next day to tell her about our experience. Initially, she seemed to care and called the following afternoon. Unfortunately I was at work and missed her call. She told me I could reach her in the office on Tuesday (June 11th). When I called, she did not answer and over a month later I am still waiting for her return call. It shows me what little value Denise places on her customers, and her lack of professionalism. If it weren’t for my extreme satisfaction with Melanie in the Salon, I would discontinue all of my services at Complexions. Go down the street for manicures and pedicures; they are cheaper, better quality, and more professional.

My friend booked me and her massages on Mother’s Day! Due to a couple mishaps I was 15 mins late to my appointment! I had to wait 5 mins to be checked in! And when I reached the front desk I requested if I could just change my hour appointment to and half hour appointment because I was late! The receptionist then stated the cancellation policy to me when I was just simply trying to change my service! And told me I would still have to pay for the hour massage and that I couldn’t change the service! But I bet if I was adding a service it wouldn’t be a problem! Then she told me because I’m canceling I would have to still pay for this service when I come back! I buy my mom gift cards for there all the time, so when I do that I’m going to have to pay for the service I never received! Well I guess you lost 2 customers because I won’t be returning or recommending!

I keep giving Complexions Day Spa chance after chance and every time I go back, I keep getting more disappointed.
First trip, seaweed wrap with my girlfriend....yeah! I get all smeared up the next step they wrap you in a warm cocoon wrap. At that point I was like yeah love this.....just before the women who wrapped me leaves she throws a eye cover on me...this is when it headed down hill. Instead of taking the time to put it on my eyes, it lands on one eye and streaks my other. So now Im laying there all wrapped up like a burrito one eye covered one half of an eye open. Im thinking she will come in to check on me soon. Not! I can hear her and another girl kibitzing out in the hall. Laughing joking talking about the night before bla bla bla. So now Im getting annoyed I start to shimmy my body to get the cover over my eyes, I come undone my body naked, and cold is now exposed so I get the cover over my eyes. Now I have to get the wrap back up under my body in order for it to stay closed. It didn't work so I held it. She comes back finally and notices Im a mess no relaxation, no humming birdies chirping just a green naked body. She takes the wrap completely off of me and starts to wash the seaweed off. Whoops she forgets to cover my face so now Im armed covering my face with my green arms shielding from the water which is going everywhere!
A few years and different location later Trip two, I check in with the gal at the door she says I can take a seat. Im seated for a good 10-15 finally someone from the second desk comes over and says are you waiting for something? To which I reply um yes a massage.... she takes me to relax in the lounge sipping my lime delicious water massage therapist brings me into the room. So far so good, happy that I came back. She starts to massage me and there is laughter outside the door, after 2 min it drifts by it doesn't disappear forever it comes back laughter, chatter, Im trying to enjoy a massage and get into a blissful relaxed state???? Never happens....... she takes me back to the locker room it's 815, the steam room closes at 830. She insisted I should try the steam room. I try but I can't get the steam to go after 5 min I say f this.
Two years later Trip three........I show up last night I bypass the first greeter I shoot right for the desk. I check in and anxiety hits me... I talk myself back to bliss. I know it's not going to be good right off the bat when the massage therapist takes me to the lounge her energy is threw the roof! I think she had a red bull? She is talking a mile a minute. Well Im not going to bore you with the same story as #2, but her massage mimicked her energy. And they never stopped talking outside the room. I was counting down till I was done. As much as I want to love Complexions......I can't.
IDEAS FOR YOU COMPLEXIONS:
1. post signs and advise staff no talking in the hallway by massage rooms.
2. massage therapist might need some training in energy.....slow movements, quietly moving around the room, they may even want to massage in their barefeet, eat before they go in so there tummies aren't grumbling.
3. ask clients when they are done and actually stop and listen

So DISAPPOINTED I had a couples massage schedule for Valentines day at COMPLEXIONS WOLF ROAD Recvd a call on 2/6 and was told due to being fully booked they wanted a credit card- This is ridiculous I have been a customer for 2 years and interesting that when it was booked nothing was asked. Due to your full schedule you now you want a credit card! UNREAL!!!!!!! Why Was this not asked for if this is your policy over 6 weeks ago when I booked ???? I It is crazy and how the receptionist Liz responded! KARMA!!!!! Too bad as this will be posted EVERYWHERE on social media and I will tell everyone re the way that you treat your customers!!!!!!!!!!

I always hear/see Complexions talking about their "green" practices and think it's great. I enjoy going to spas, and always look forward to a relaxing, enjoyable experience -- as it's not something I do regularly.
When my boyfriend gave me a gift card for Christmas, I was elated and couldn't wait to book an appointment for a mani/pedi for an upcoming trip we were taking. I booked my mani/pedi and waited in the awkward "waiting area", along with a few other patrons.
My mani/pedi went nicely, and as I went to pay with my gift card, the older (50s/60s) woman at the register took my card and kept it. I informed her there was a balance left on the card and she looked again and said "yes, there is. You'll need this back" and sheepishly gave it back to me without an apology. As I reached across the counter to pick it up where she had placed it, I scraped my nail against the counter and it smudged pretty badly.
I exclaimed that I smudged my nail and waited for her to share in my "darn it!" reaction and because you know, she WORKS at a SPA, offer to get someone to fix it for me. But, she didn't. I asked if someone else could fix it and she fiddled with her computer and said "my girl" was already with her next client. I asked if anyone else was available for the fixing and she said no.
I have a balance on my gift card but I refuse to use it.

Never been to a spa where they include the include the waiting time and spa tour as part of the 1 hour massage. Actual massage was 35 minutes, not the full hour I paid for. Plus, we arrived 10 min early for paper work.
---------------Staff was good, just wanted a full hour of service.----------------------
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Unfortunaely, I did not see this until now, however, we are still very happy to speak with you regarding your experience.
All of our massages are actual 60 minute massage with an extra 15 min. added for guest check in. When guests make a reservation, we always ask that they arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start time so we can allow for time to fill out any paperwork and they can change into a robe and slippers and relax in the lounge with a cup of tea before getting started.
I am more than happy to speak with you regareding this matter and to resolve it for you. I look forward to hearing from you .

I heard that you have a beach party, what day is it on?
Also, have you added more sunbeds to the beach/pool area? i really don't want to wake up very early to reserve the beds. Thank you!
