Loyalty Charter is a licensed hire craft (boat charter) business based on Praslin Island, Seychelles. We can carry up to a to maximum of 16 passengers per trip. We specialized in Island Excursions to the nearby islands, Snorkeling, BBQ and also trolling fishing. We can also provide private charter while you are on holiday in Seychelles.

The Curieuse&St Pierre boat trip is a must if you are in Praslin. We booked with Loyalty charter and had the most amazing time. Reynold picked us up and dropped us off and offered some advice on what to do on the island. Sony, our boat captain and tour guide was the best!! We had the most amazing time visiting the turtles on the island, enjoyed the barbeque there and snorkelling at St Pierre! They also have other amazing trips like Coco/Felicite and La Digue tour which was also unforgettable! I would recommend booking your boat trips with Loyalty Charter 110%!! Thank you for the most unforgettable tours in Praslin!!

A perfect day. A spectacular boat-ride, a beautiful trip at Curieuse, very delicious food and fantastic snorkeling experience. And a little takamaka at the end. Thanks to a very nice crew for the experience today!

We did a full day excursion to Curieuse with BBQ and snorkeling. Our guide/captain was great and worked hard to ensure we had a good experience. We were supposed to snorkel on St. Pierre island but he saw the conditions and suggested that we find a calmer spot (while still leaving the decision up to us). Once we decided to snorkel somewhere else he drove slowly around St. Pierre so we could see all of the amazing rock formations before moving on. The schedule of the whole trip was perfect. Plenty of time to snuggle the giant tortoises, a delicious BBQ lunch, and plenty of time snorkeling. When you consider what's included - transfer from hotel to their boat and back, boat ride, Curieuse landing fee, delicious BBQ lunch, and snorkel equipment - this excursion is a very good value. I'd definitely recommend booking well in advance though, because even in low season many tours were already full.

Money *missing* while on the boat. 15 minutes before our departure, I went to the gas station (meet up location) to get some cash (Two $500 Seychelles bills specifically) to pay for our cab ride home.
I have a receipt of my withdrawal and I immediately put the cash in my wallet amongst other cash. We entered the boat, went to turtle sanctuary then snorkeling with no wallet needed for entrance fees or food. The entire time my wallet was in another bag and then in my husband’s bag inside the boat cabin.
When we arrived to la digue, I opened my wallet at the boat ferry terminal to pay for a taxi and noticed specifically that one of two $500 Seychelles was missing. Other money could have been missing but I would have no idea since I did not count my money before I entered the boat. But I know specifically that at least ONE (500 500 Seychelles bills) was missing since I pulled the cash before entering this boat.
The other guests are from our hotel and were with us the entire time in the water or in the front of the boat with us. We confronted the skipper Sonny about this at the end of our trip and he denied it, as anticipated. We believe it was the skipper Sonny since we saw him in the cabin with our bags multiple times on the trip. At one point I tried walking around the boat to go snorkeling and almost pushed the door in to the skipper while he was in our baggage area. Obviously—- we do NOT recommend.

We apologise you had experience a such situation with us while on the boat trip it's sad and we don't allowed those attitudes and take the situation seriously.
It's disappointing you forgot to mention how it was deal with,maybe you didn't know the skipper mentioned was fired and you should mention that you got full refund for your trip which means for the SCR500 lost you've got a free trip.
I've also offered you your money back that you refuse which was clear of your intentions to try to tarnished our company all over so I wish you good luck in all that you do and wishing you the best.
Here's my side of the story which you forgot to mention.

Had the pickup at the established time at the hotel, then had the boat trip to Coco Island, Felicite and La Digue. The snorkeling equipment and cold drinks were provided. The crew was very helpful, they helped us with the bike rental on La Digue and even dived after my wife's mobile phone, without asking for help, after it fell into the water at the docks. After a day full with experiences we were returned with the cab to the hotel.
I would definitely book them again!

From the owner of the family charter who picked us up at the hotel and took us to the port to Ashley the captain of the boat safely navigating us through the little rough seas and Brian the entertainer and chef it was brilliant all the way through! They took care of us, very rewarding site seeing ride around the island. We opted for a half day to do Curiouse Island and St Pierre. They even volunteered to take pictures of us!. We had a delicious fish and chicken BBQ with fresh fruit served on the beach. it was our Honeymoon so the guys surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and my husband has received a chocolate cake even with candles as it was his birthday that day!
Loved every minute of it, they only take a maximum of 6 people as well, so you have their undivided attention at all times!
Thanks boys, you made Tony's birthday truly unforgettable!

It was great! The guys had such a great vibe and that made it our highlight on Praslin. The snorkelling was really great and we saw a lot. Being so close to the turtles was impressive and the BBQ was really great. I would have liked a bit more variety in the BBQ. I read that you can also barbecue breadfruit. It would have been nice to have this experience. But I can only recommend this tour to everyone!

10/10 for Reynold and his lovely team! We had the best excursion. Reynold organised for us to be picked up by Kev (Kev’s Exotic Tours, who by the way is also amazing and I will write a separate review about him). We were taken to our boat where we were taken to the magical tortoise sanctuary at Curieuse. We had a lovely time with the beautiful and kind giants and then we took a walk through a mangrove forest which was magical.
We went to the other side of the beach where we had a superb bbq lunch and time to swim. Then we were taken to St Pierre for some incredible snorkelling time. It was epic!!!
Eventually, the boys took us to whirlpool king of reef which was like an aquarium. There were the best fish types one can imagine and they were all positioned in a gully type setting - the reef was going towards deeper area with sand. It was like a circle!
Finally, were taken back and given freshly and beautifully cut coconut which Evans found on the Curieuse island and cut himself. They put it in an ice bag so it was amazing! Just the littlest of details is what made this experience truly magical. I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you!

Through tour bookers we were allocated to Loyalty charters for a trip to Cousin island. Easy WhatsApp communication beforehand. Starting time was adjusted from 8:30 to 9:30 which was perfect. We were picked up at 9:50 at black pearl factory and the only two passengers of the small boat. A bit of a bumpy ride with heavy wind and waves, and the resulting sea spray, but it felt safe.
Skipper Sony was friendly, and got us among the first back off the island. We have not seen the included drinks as promised.

Staying in Praslin we did a day trip to La Digue and Curieuse with a bbq on the latter. We had an amazing time and very much enjoyed the flexibility of a private trip. Also the food was delicious!
