We reached this lovely beach during our hire-car exploration of Mahe during a recent cruise. The beach is larger than most and offers great views of the hills and forest which surround the bay. Water id shallow and good for bathing or paddling

This is not one of the iconic beaches on the island but is a lovely spot. It's a good spot for swimming and snorkelling (tides and other conditions will vary throughout the year). The locals seem to enjoy hanging out there giving it a different...More

This beach in eastern Mahe is splendid, but heavily affected with tides. We went there twice, both times unable to swim due to low tide so check beforehand.

This is another treasure of Seychelles. Its beautiful sandy beach and light green sea surely mesmerized those who pay their visit to this location.

Breathtakingly beautiful beach in small town. Free parking can be found along road and in lots. One warning beach is shallow and quickly disappears in high tide, as can your belongings if not careful. Check tide charts before visiting

We visited this beach in July 2018. The water color was beautiful, sea was calm and inviting but surprisingly no one was swimming/snorkeling. We were afraid to go in the water with kids with no one else around on this long stretch of beach. Finally...More

Wonderful long stretch of beach. Suggest to walk towards the end towards the Chapel to find yourself a nice private section to settle down. The chapel looks stunning and the dancing waves covered with the flickering sunlight is plain mesmerizing..

Went here as it’s the closest beach from our villa. 50 meters away. The view was stunning, blue sky, the water is sparkling, long walk along the beach. Perfect location for picture taking and relaxing and just enjoying the view.

Turqoise waters and tree lined beach - really liked spending time at Anse Royale. The views and photos that we got were just amazing. Didn't find it nice for swimming but sitting by the beach and taking a walk - just great.

Yes water will be warm enough. You won't face problem at all. It's great snorkelling near the shore (without boat etc.) and you should go there during low tide.
