Tiny mall with absolutely useless and irrelevant stores.
Its more like a mole, not a mall...
One floor is dedicated to the offices of one of Israel's health service. Theres a McDonalds, a supermarket, ice-cream parlor, kids clothes store, and a few other stores and a cafe and you're done.
By international standards this a department store :-)

This is not a place where you will come specially. I happened to sit there in the one and only cafe waiting my partner to do shopping in the adjacent street. The noise was intolerable. All the rest there is nothing to write home about.

I happen to live nearby, and pass it every day, several times. Occasionally I enter to purchase something at the pharmacy, or see a film, or pick up something from the supermarket.
A most uninteresting "attraction". Sometimes functional for neighborhood residents.

I am fortunate that this Mall (now called Bialik Mall - formerly Elram) is just across the road with easy access for shopping from many aspects. Among the shops - an optician (one of a chain throughout the country), shoe shop (also one of a chain throughout the country), a lovely store selling all kinds of household requirements (knick-knacks, bedding, picture frames, pots and pans, rugs, curtains, etc.) at very reasonable prices; a large supermarket; a good-sized drug store (pharmacy); children's clothing; youth and adult clothing store with very reasonable prices, an excellent bookstore, and toy shop, and several other stores (including MacDonalds - not kosher; large restaurant/cafe.
Situated at the end of a very long shopping street in the middle of Ramat Gan (10 minutes by bus from central Tel Aviv), it is well worth a visit in conjunction with Bialik St - the main street for shopping in Ramat Gan.
