Big and relatively clean beach, especially for Israel. We have everything we need. Lots of cafes. There's a big mall and a marina nearby. There are canopies and sunbeds. There are also cafes with low beach tables. The swimming area is in some places fenced off from the great sea by reefs. Highly recommended!

I come to this beach almost every trip, it has nice sand, big gazebo shades you can sit under, and cafes on the beach with comfy seats where you can order food and drink and watch the waves.
There are steps, lifts, or a ramp to get up and down from the beach and a large toilets /changing rooms.
It's a bit hot in August though.

This is the right place to feel like at Copacabana, Miami or on one of the Riviera's famous beaches ...
The Acadia Beach is by far much more attractive than any of Tel Aviv's beaches ... Bograshof, Banana, Gordon, Tzuk, Mandarine, ... you name it ...
They simply are as beautiful nor enjoyable than the Acadia beach.
There is a large parking area south of it, which requires a fee (unlimited time) during the high season months (May to October)
The amenities are more than sufficient and even comfortable with relatively clean toilets and showers ... for free, and of course like on almost any other beaches in Israel with serviced chairs and umbrellas (not for free but for a fair price)
Most important if you want to feel secure this beach is well protected beach and the sea starts quite shallow.
You're there to enjoy the sea, the wind (most of the time), the sun, the almost white sand, the cool'n easy music (bossa nova, if you're lucky) from the restaurants adjoining the long pavement and essentially to take your time, your good time.
Speaking of restaurants, there are a few eateries along this beach. They are not too close one from the other which makes the music they play enjoyable.
These restaurants are not cheap neither expensive considering that every dish on the beach is usually more expensive, the food is OK and the sitting areas are large and offer several type of chairs, armchairs, sofa and even beds ...so you can choose according to your mood.
We were there several times, only in mornings to avoid the crowd at noon on sunny Friday and the atmosphere was always cool, young and easy.
Careful July and August are absolutely crowded.
We definitely will continue to go there.

Herzliya's main beach runs for a number of miles down the coast and even on busy weekends it's never over-crowded once you move away from the main 'cluster' points. It has a lovely beachfront promenade which runs from the Daniel hotel to the Marina and is easily accessed by elevators (air conditioned), ramps or stairs. There are a number of beachfront bars and cafes along it.
Kids will love the gently shelving sand into the sea, but do listen and watch for lifeguarding instructions as outside the designated bathing areas the undertow can catch out poor swimmers.
The sunsets over this beach have to be some of the best in the world.

Clean, well maintained, wet facing for brilliant sunsets, even elevators!
Continuous litter collection, so very clean. Great bars, restaurants all along. Marina on one end.
Blue sea.
Fine sand.
Secure, safe, happy.
