When searching for cool things to do I came across the Feel Lombok company. Reading the description on the website and noticing that the money I would spend for a trip would go to the locals instead of the companies benefit made me make the decision to book a camping trip with them! Normally I don't really like camping but this was different because we went to a super tiny island to go camping, I was surrounded by the ocean which I love the most! They also set up the tent, made a fire, we had music and ofcourse ricewine (local beverage, it's really good). The day after the camping on the tiny island we went to two other close by islands. At every island we had enough time for some snorkeling and exploring around. At the last island we got some lunch at a warung (local indonesian restaurant). After this we went back with the boat to mainland and they drove me back to the homestay.
Long story short: I had an great time and got exactly what I expected! Thankyou once again Feel Lombok and especially Dayat who is the founder who also joined the camping trip.

We did the 2D/1N snorkelling and camping trip to the secret gilis with a group of friends. Camping on such a small island without anyone else was a really cool experience! We were picked up in Kuta at 2pm and boarded the small boat about 2h later. After setting up the tent and collecting fire wood on the other island (you don't have to help if you don't want to) we watched a very nice sunset, had a delicious dinner and listened to their music around the bonfire. Dayat and his friends are funny, friendly, speak good English and are amazing musicians! The next morning we got up for sunrise and later went snorkelling in a nice coral reef. The tour ended around 1pm because we had to catch the ferry back to Bali. I would highly recommend this tour for a group of friends or a family who want to experience an adventure! The only negative point for me is that the tour is not really two full days, so I think the price is a bit too high.

We decided to do this experience because we wanted to stay in a beautiful but not touristy place and our expectations were fully met. The services offered are excellent (transfer, dinner, sleeping in tents) and the group is fantastic: they managed to make us feel part of their big family and not just like tourists. There is a guitarist who sings and plays all the time! Excellent. And then there are other people who help to organize, very sociable always ready to joke with whom you can compare and have a good chat. The atmosphere is truly magical, between fire, music, starry sky and people, I think we spent one of the most beautiful evenings here in Indonesia.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in contact with nature and with locals and their culture.
They also gave us many tips on what to do in the surrounding area (spots that cannot be found on any guide or blog) which made us stay another two days in the south of Lombok. And also for this it was really worth it !!

Life on board the ship for 2 nights and 3 days in Flores.
The price for two people in a private cabin was €530 (with entrance to the comfort park). Comparison: luxury hotel in Ubud with breakfast included 5 nights 184€.
The photos sent by the company looked very good, perhaps equivalent to the price paid.
Our surprise came when we entered the boat. It was not the one in the photos they sent us nor did it meet the minimum requirements for a good experience.
The smell was disgusting in the room and if you open the bathroom door you can't even stay there. Impossible to sleep in that place with or without air conditioning. Not to mention spoons and other insects.
In a few hours of heavy rain the water leaked through the two bow canarotes, to which the crew did nothing.
Furthermore, and I would almost consider this the worst of all, the guide's only concern was to collect the remaining money. He changed the plan at will. In the Comodo park it was the last straw, he clearly did not want to let us do the trekking despite our insistence, completely unpleasant.
The food was impossible to eat. There were people in the group who didn't eat a bite on all the days.
To all this, the agency only responded with concern to our comments without providing a solution and saying that the rest of the passengers had no complaints. I can assure you that on deck, among the passengers, all the foreign travellers commented on the deficiencies of the boat and the guide.

Friends I've met in Lombok suggested to join them in this 2D1N camping trip to the secret island with snorkeling at two different locations.
I did join them even though I can't swim and snorkeling was also something I was afraid to do. However Dayat provided me with a life jacket and he stayed close so snorkeling was an amazing experience.
Me and my friends loved this little island so we decided to stay one more night and I must admit the sunset on the day two was just exceptional. I couldn't decide what spot was best to take pictures!
Evenings were entertaining too, with guitar playing, singing and stargazing. Even though there is a slight light pollution night sky looks beautiful. Grilled fish for dinner was very tasty as pancake for breakfast.
I highly recommend this excursion, it's loads of fun and full of beautiful spots with just little or none tourists.

We booked the "Secret Gilis" tour with Feel Lombok and had a wonderful experience.
The day started with a bonus trip to an eco-village to make our own coconut oil which we could take home. All the people who helped here were really lovely, open and kind. Afterwards we drove to the harbour and made our way to - the tiny island which is - Gili Kedis, for an overnight camping experience and had the whole island to ourselves with an incredible sunset and local food prepared by Sunny and Dop (the team with us). Everyone we met, including the owner, Dayat were incredibly friendly, pleasant and funny and made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable.
The snorkelling the next day was also really worth the trip as we saw more corals and different fish types than we could count!
Feel Lombok also have a volunteer scheme for people to come and teach in two villages, which seemed again to be really well managed and a credit to Feel Lombok for their hard work to also improve their community.
10/10, I would definitely recommend Feel Lombok for booking with in the future.

Very disappointed with this agency. We have overpaid by 1mil for the trip that wasn't worth it.
They lied on their itinerary, by saying that boat will be fully equipped with towels, aircon, snorkelling equipment, reusable cups etc. Furthermore some of the destinations were wrong...
I understand that it's a budget boat trip (nevertheless they have charged us way more than most of the people on the boat who did not book through Feel Lombok) however, the food was really really poor, cabins were basically just a mattress with really old sheets, pretty disgusting.
Although I met some amazing people on the trip, it wasn't worth the money i paid.
Make sure you are not booking your Komodo trips through this agency, as there are so many nice local people who are willing to offer you way more.
I would have expected more respect from the agency's owner who used to be a backpacker herself.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We are responsible for operating trips around Lombok and distribute tickets for boat trips around Flores, Komodo + other areas in Indonesia. These boat trips are operated by another company that we have partnered with who are responsible for itinerary, equipment on trip and pricing.
Since another company (the boat operator) is responsible for the trips, unfortunately it is impossible for us to prevent this operator decreasing the prices in order to reach full capacity, as is the case here and reason for other travellers on the trip paying less.
This last minute price decrease is often true also for airlines and hotel online travel agents like booking. com too.
We are a small tour agency operating on Lombok, and try to help travellers explore Lombok + more of Indonesia.
This can be challenging at times because we are based in Lombok and so cannot be in other Indo locations to ensure our tour-partners quality is upheld to our standard and as we were promised.
You are not the first customer who has complained about this trip, and so we have already taken measures to replace this provider.
We hope we will have another opportunity to demonstrate the continuous improvement of our services, especially those of our tour-partner operators.

I did the Lombok to Flores boat trip with Feel Lombok and it was fantastic. This is the second time I have used Feel Lombok simply because their service is great and unmatchable.
The trip itself was great, good service and delicious food. The facilities are pretty basic but that was clear from the website and I decided to go ahead with it as it was all inclusive and was very good value for money with the itenary.
This trip was the highlight of my second trip to Indonesia!

Camping on the secret Gili was a highlight of my trip in Lombok and something I’d definitely return to in the future. Arriving by a small boat for the sunset, playing beach games and a few drinks with some karaoke later on, the group had great fun from the start. Sani runs it very smoothly and provides great enjoyment with his fire show on the night. The locally sourced food is excellent and camping in tents waking up to the sunrise / 360 views of the area is a little paradise. The snorkelling/swimming and a trip to another Gili for lunch on the next day rounds of the trip perfectly.

A massive thank you to all at Feel Lombok who put this trip together, - we loved it!
The booking process with Rina was easy and straight forward from the start.
Gede, our guide, was 5-stars, he made us feel welcomed and cared from the moment we stepped in the car throughout the whole trip.
The boat owner was really lovely, also always looking after us, making sure we were having fun. Plus the food was AMAZING, we wish we had more belly room to eat more haha
Again, thanks so much to all for this memorable trip, we had so much fun, saw so much, and can’t thank you all enough for this 5 ⭐️ experience.
