Very nice lagoon! It looks like very nature spot from all the pics, but it might get busy. There are stalls around selling everything from drinks to ikat. Try to avoid weekends and public holidays, unless you want million selfies with locals :D
Came here at around 10 am, the water was not high enough for swimming so we waited about 30 minutes for the water to be naturally filled in from the sea. This is a saltwater lake.
