Just to let everyone know you can view this tower best from the steps of the local shopping mall as it's surrounded by a high fence The area around the tower is under redevelopment and looks like it will take a while !

We loved the area around the clock tower. Great views towards both volcanoes and a great vibe from all the people around. A nice place to relax and take in the scenery.
