We decided to visit this tower when we spotted it on the way back to the hotel from Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The beautiful lighting of the tower from a distance that caught our eyes to visit it.

We went back to the taxi counter at Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and asked them about the tower and how to get there. They gave us instruction and it took about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall to the mosque. We visited the tower at around 9.00pm and the entrance fee is at 5,000 rupiah per person. The tower consist of four floors. The elevator will bring you to the 3rd floor (air-con) and you can climb to an open area at the 4th floor using spiral stairs at the 3rd floor. You can have a view of Batam in a day or night from both 3rd and 4th floor. We spent 1 hour at the tower and enjoyed the night view of Batam.

If you shop at nagoya mall please stop by at mesjid jabal arafah. This is one of batam iconic. Modern mesjid with minimalis architecture. You can take a break inside mesjid beside praying. Or if you're not moslem you can relax at cafe below mesjid while you can watching small pond of ikan koi or you can go to mesjid tower with infaq 2k/person by lift. At tower you can see batam city full. Nice. Worth to try

Perched on a hill, walking distance from Nagoya Hill hotel, it is very well-maintaned. There is a convenience store and a few pop-up stores. You can get a scenic view from the 3rd storey landing of the mosque. Trekking up and down the hill to get to the mosque was very energizing.

Been years in Batam but only last week I visited this mosque. I managed to go the the tower at night and wow !! What can I say, the view is amazing. It only costs IDR 5000 to go to the top. The design of the mosque is also good. Overall, It can be a good alternative photo spot in Batam. Don't forget to pray there if you are muslim :)

this is one of beautiful landmark in Batam. even this is a mosque, basicly everyone can visit this place as long as they use proper clothing. In this place, you can pay small amount of money and go to the tower to see all Batam and a bit of Singapore.

Recent visited to Batam, I've my Friday prayer there. It's was a good feeling to have a nice mosque in Batam. May be it could be better to have the Giant Fan, to further down makes the environment more cool.
