This Massage shop is located very near to Harmony Hotel and they also provide extra services such as : Pick-up To and From Batam Center Ferry Terminal. The place is clean and comfortable. Prices is cheap, strongly recommended.

The free pick-up service was punctual & the driver friendly. My family enjoyed the massage & friendly service at Go! Massage. The massage was so relaxing that most of us dozed off. My hubby happily used the free wifi. The session ended with a cup of ginger tea. Recommend to end your day at Go! Massage. We all had a good night sleep after the massage.

Had found this Company online on trip advisor and decided to check for price and quality on facebook and trip advisor respectively . Maybe it's coz I came on a Sunday trip, easier for arrangements, the driver arranged reached on time even though I gave them about 40mins notice (only had wifi and landline access at hotel lobby, stayed at Turi Beach) and was promptly received when I settled my checkin. Good massage as I am one who doesn't really go into shutdown mode when going for massage but this round managed to go into shutdown mode. Atmosphere wise is what some reviews mentioned, Zen like and good for relaxation. Served with a aromatic cup of ginger tea after the massage. Will go back with friends and family in the near future as per my email to them to help me thank their masseurs for the quality service .

I opted for a massage and scrub (90 minutes). Receptionist was very nice, but handed me over to the most miserible masseuse ('Aska'). Totally did not acknowledge me, even when I said hello and smiled, just glared and then walked up the stairs (I assumed I should follow). Started a very hard massage, which I asked her repeatedly to be soft (I prefer soft) which lasted for a few seconds before resorting back to very hard again. Absolutely non-conversant throughout. Just don't know what her problem was.
Didn't bother to leave a tip. Told receptionist that I would not return. Conclusion: GO! Elsewhere.

Had a very good one hour massage. The place has both male and female masseurs. (Note, not all massage places have males. Many only has female masseurs).
The male masseur assigned to me (Roheem, his name) was very good. Throughout the entire session, you can feel his wholeheartenedness in ensuring what he was doing was of properly standards.
No wasting of time and I can sense his concentration in ensuring a good job.
For the price I paid, it was certainly VERY worth the money. Place was also very clean. Staff very friendly.
Recommended if you looking for a good massage in batam.
Only setback, they don't offer free transport service. Some other companies give free transport if there are (min) 4 of you going for massage.

We visited Go! Massage based on recommendations, and arrived on a late Friday afternoon with no prior appointment.
We had the 2-hour combination massage which is slightly above IDR200,000. Although we requested for a couple room and thought that the receptionist understood what we said, we were lead to the second level where we were assigned to the communal massage area next to each other, separated by a drawn curtain (ie, no couple room).
Strangely, we were told to change out of our shoes into their slippers, but they ran out of slippers and we had to go around barefooted. The masseur assigned to me seems experience in giving a strong massage, but my partner felt that the masseur assigned was too soft and lacked strength and experience.
Interestingly, free wifi is available. The ginger tea provided after the massage was strong, and drinking water is available too. From other reviewers, we also note that transport to and from the hotel is provided, but not sure whether the pricing is the same so please do check.

We would like to apologize that we do not have couple room as all our beds are in one big room separating by curtains. As our staffs are not well spoken in English, hence there might be some miscommunication on this.
We also like to apologize that you went around barefooted. Kindly be informed, our operation team have looked into this and increase the number of slippers.
Regarding the strength of the massage, you may let the therapist/receptionist know your preference.
We are more than glad to read that you enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and ginger tea. And yes, we do provide complimentary pick within city area with minimum of 2 pax if you make a reservation with us. The price will still be the same.

On the first day of our trip, our guide brought us there. The masseurs who attended to my hub and me was excellent in their skills. We tried their signature massage which consists of mix Thai and Javanese with oil and had to be laid down on mattress as seen in their website. The place is partition with curtains. This is for the price of S$20 for 90 minutes only. It's a great deal for a full body massage! They also provide others such as aromatherapy massage and massage with scrub for S$30 for 90 minutes too ( but we did not try).
On second day we felt we need another massage after a day of sightseeing and shopping, we decided why not we go back to them since we are nearby that area. But, the second trip, the masseurs was not as good as the first. We rate them as acceptable. May be it depends on your luck?
As this place is known as family massage, environment wise, you cannot expect as quiet due to kids and some inconsiderate customers chatting away, so can't really relax . After massage, they offer ginger tea or mineral water.
Overall, if you don't mind the slight noise and just want a good as well as value for money massage, you can give a try.

Go Massage provides a comprehensive all round service that goes beyond just the massage spa experience by including 2 way transport of our choice and delivering kueh lapis all the way to Singapore when we couldn't managed to receive it on the day we left.
I make a booking via email and reply is very quick, within 1 day and I can quickly secure a timeslot for 5 of us, all ladies. We are able to get female masseuse for all and Go massage provides a 2 way complimentary pick up and drop off to a location of our choice. We chose a pick up location of Mega Mall Batam and drop off at a seafood restaurant.
On actual date of arrival on batam, about 2h before our ferry departure, Dewi sent watsapp message to confirm massage booking timing and driver's car plate number that will pick us up. Luckily, I was able to access wifi as I was informed that there was a change in driver. Once pick up and we reach Go Massage, we are shown the different packages that are available and I chose a massage with scrub for 90mins, flavours that can be selected was coconut, chocolate, green tea, coffee. After selection, we walk through a corridor and leave our shoes and wore their provided slippers and was directed on level 2 for quick soak and wash of our feet in wooden bucket. After this step, we walk up to level 3 where we are directed to individual massage beds that are separate from each other by curtains. Masseuse for my massage is good with sufficient pressure. After the massage + scrub, I was given a robe and towel and walk down alone down the corridor to the shower room to wash off the excess scrub. When I finish and return, the masseuse continue massaging with oil and when I requested massaging the shoulders, she help me to reduce the knots on my shoulders. Finally, she massage my face and ended the 90mins treatment. I was given ginger tea also before we set off for seafood place that they have kindly suggested which is a local favourite, Hai Ou Seafood for tom yum soup, claypot tofu, cereal prawns and fish with sweet and spicy sauce. Dinner was really delicious and great suggestion by Dewi. As we are unfamiliar with the area, we paid additional 50,000 Rp for a ride back to our Golden View Hotel after dinner by a friendly Uncle who happen to be Dewi's father.
Some of us ordered kueh lapis through her and was supposedly to be sent to our hotel but due to delay by kueh lapis shop, she had it delivered to the ferry terminal but as we had to catch the ferry, she offered to refund or send the kueh lapis to Singapore which I happily settle for the 2nd option. She delivered the kueh lapis few days later for me at harbourfront. I want to thank her for going extra mile for her customers. I would recommend Go Massage for their massage! However, I have 3 suggestions that they can consider improving on, one is to have longer curtains to increase privacy between customers, curtains were not long enough and there were gaps that other customers can peep through, I can hear customer's children within the room that can get quite noisy and shower head water pressure is abit too low.

Was there with a friend during Deepavali week. From Batam terminal we hopped into a taxi to this place for $60K = approx 15 mins. Upon arrival, saw 2 recptionist - the place was not crowded as as i presumed it was early about 10.30am (Batam time). I asked about their package and they directed me to do the FULL PACKAGE (2 hours plus free 30 mins) = $42 (SIN). We don't mind but was politely asking them if i can view the massagge room before i start off , they abruptly say "NO". I asked them and they told me a stupid excuse " weekdays cannot view, weekends than its OK !!!!!??? I was a little apprehensive if I should proceed elsewhere to First Spa Secret but because we did not want to waste time travelling to another venue , we opted for the FULL PACKAGE.. The ambience was fine and clean. However, lying downwards ON the MATTRESS with just a pillow supporting your head and neck for 2 solid hours makes my massage from relaxing to aches - totally not a comfortable experience. The price is also steep as i did not pay in Sin dollar but in rupiah, they charged me slightly higher - maybe due to the exchange rate , yet we dont mind cus a few bucks from it. What pisses me off is after massage, i wanted to go Nagoya mall and enquired from the receptionists how much does it cost to get there by taxi - she says far about 15-20 mins and it will cost about $50-60K. So we took a cab just outside their shop and guess what ? It was merely a 3 mins drive !!!! and we paid $50K when it should be less than $25K!!!! Will i go back here again? - Not too sure.

Thank you very much for your time and sharing your experience with us. From all GO! Massage's staff, we definitely took into consideration your input.
Point 1 on viewing on our massage room, we are very sorry that due to privacy and comfort of the customer, we actually disallow viewing of the massage room. As our staffs are not well spoken in English, hence there might be some miscommunication on this. We do show our rooms through the slide show on the TV located just next to the receptionist. We have another type of massage bed on level 3 which have a hole for the face. We feel extrmely sorry on this.
Point 2 on paying only in Rupiah, this is due to new regulation that being imposed by the government that all transaction must be in Rupiah.
Point 3 on taxi service, we are really sorry if there was any miscomunication as our receptionists are not well spoken in English. As for the rate given by the taxi is out of our control. You may want to choose metred taxi on your next visit.
We also provide complimentary pick up to and fro within city area (with min of 2 pax) if you make reservation with us thru email (gomassage.batam@gmail.com) or phone (+62778-421973).
Once again thank you for choosing GO! Massage and please accept my sincere apologies for the hiccups you have experienced during your recent visit.

I went there with friends on July 2013. Book via facebook. Respond is amazingly fast. They arrange everything nicely . They have transportation service go n back. which is very helpful for us because we dont have transportation in Batam.
When reach there the whole ambience is very pleasant and comfortable. The masseuse is very experience. I strongly recommend GO MASSAGE. Go is the BEST :)
