My friend and I would like to thank Yuni and her wonderful therapists for an amazing experience at Vienna Spa. Yuni was prompt in responding to emails and with helping us plan our time in Batam. We had a Balinese massage and facial which were excellent! The spa was clean and cozy! Our service also included transportation to and from the ferry terminal! We can't wait to return!

We checked in to davienna hotel and wanted to get a massage. Turns out they have one right in the building itself. The massage was good, service was nice. Can't complain.

As far as I gathered, generally, there is 10% service and 11% tax after service cost in Indoneisa. But, at Vienna spa, ytheir tax is at 35%, and not 11%.
The service is ok but not the overly excellent quality of service. Although, an offering of 1 for 1 on their spa services, you are actually still paying a very high cost.

for the feedback you submit about the tax at the 35% spa it is a real decision that has been taken from the government of Indonesia to become a tax in the spa from 15% to 35% officially as of March 1, 2018.
and for about less good service, I will improve for its quality service.

This spa is located in Da Vienna Boutique Hotel and their massage is done in private rooms. The staff are very friendly and professional. I had a lomi lomi massage while my wife went for pregnancy massage. The staff will check with you on the strength/pressure of massage you prefer when they changed to massage different parts of your body. Overall, I feel very relax and refreshed especially after a whole day of walking. Will visit this spa again when I visit Batam.

Love this new spa retreat I found during my previous stay in Davienna Boutique Hotel hence returning to this hotel just for the spa actually as there's discount given for hotel guest. It's not over crowded like the famous Spa location in batam, pricing is still manageable about few SG dollars more BUT u have tt extra attention given, with good ambience, very detailed environment tt it felt like ur in a SPA beach resort and not crowded like "pasar malam". Treatment is very well handled, they are professional & aware of what they are doing. I took the herbal spa package and I love the spices herbs used really calls me down. My massage therapist if I'm not wrong by the name of Rully handled my massage very well and I felt at ease & relax after that, had a gd sleep back in my hotel room. Thank you do keep up the awesome work!
