We love our stay here! The hotel was nice with very good health protocol and lovely staff. Thanks to Nella and Angela who patiently assisted us so we can get 3 rooms at the same floor near each other. The breakfast was good but need more variant. We’re lucky the swimming pool was open so we can enjoyed the Surabaya scenery from the roof top of the hotel.

Stay there for a night for my friend’s wedding. Start from welcoming from receptionist was very nice, personal greetings on our room’s TV screen was a small thing but lovely. The lobby and lounge is cool, we also took some bridesmaid photoshoots there. The rooftop pool is awesome. Guest request was followed up quickly, though I needed a scissor but it wasn’t available. Suite room’s design was inspirational. I love how the hotel connect easily with CW mall. The only minus was the pick up point / waiting area on ground floor didn’t equipped with any seats for guest.
