Bersukaria Tour will take you to have fun since Bersukaria itself means to have fun in Indonesian. It is a tour that will tell you a story. Our services are comprised of City Tour, Private Tour, Food Tours and also Nature and wildlife tour in all across Java such as Semarang, Bromo, Surabaya, Dieng, Solo, Magelang, and also Yogyakarta. Every once in a week, we also organize the walking tour to take you to see around the city of Semarang, Yogyakarta, Malang and Surabaya to learn the history and culture of people who live in this city. It was great to get out and about in Semarang and see some areas we had noticed seen before. Our guide was Zan and he was great! His knowledge of the local area was fantastic, his English was really good and he was easy to chat with. He was happy to adapt the tour on the day to what we felt like doing. The place we went for lunch was a great local restaurant, really tasty and very cheap!
Organization of the tour and contact was great and tailored to our requests and time frames.
Our driver was very good and safe in difficult conditions as it rained a lot.

From our initial contact months before our tour, Yogi was responsive, accommodating and professional. We kept in touch by What’s App in the planning phase, and again right before arrival.
We designed a private ship’s tour for a group of 10. Yogi was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship. The tour included everything we’d discussed. Yogi was informative, and easy to talk to. The group loved him.
We had a great day, and arrived back at the ship right on time.
I can not think of anything more that could have been done to make our day more of a success.

Sept 18. After an initial mix up with meeting off cruise ship in Semerang port, we had a wonderful day's tour to the amazing, ancient wonder of the world, Borobudur temple.
The vehicle was comfortable & air conditioned with ample room for the 4 of us.
The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was very pleasant with a nice buffet.
Our tour guide was a lovely young man who kept us informed & entertained on this long day's outing. We were returned in good time for the ship's departure. Thank you Bersukaria Tours.

We went on a 7-day 6-night Batik tour of Java that was jointly organised by aNerd Gallery in Singapore and Bersukaria Tour. It was pretty intense as we covered 9 cities/towns but it was a lot of fun.
Our guide Dimas ensured that everything ran smoothly. He is a foodie so we got to taste the specialities of each location which was amazing. He filled us in on the history of the different locations so that the time on the bus between locations was also interesting.
Bersukaria Tour specialises in heritage tours and they do tours that go off the beaten track. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We did many tours with this organisation and everything was perfect! The Karimunjawa trip was amazing and we saw a lot of the island in only a few days. I would also recommend the bromo/Ijen tour, it was amazing and everything is perfectly arranged. Nothing bad to say, just lovely people who do everything for you :)

We were a group of 12 exploring the batik of Java and had an amazing tour with Dimas who accompanied us from Jakarta (where the tour started) to Yogjakarta. Dimas was meticulous in planning the logistics - transfers, hotel, land transport- and all our meals! He made sure we had the opportunity to try different food of West and Central Java and pointed out to us the differences. His knowledge of the local culture and history is impressive. I will definitely contact Dimas for my next trip to Java.

We had an amazing tour with Yogi, our guide. He really took the time to show us the real Samarang. From Chinatown to the old town and we even went inside an tabaco factory.
Yogi himself is a really layed back guy with a great knowledge of the history of Samarang and Indonesia.

Yogi took me on a tour through the old city centre of Semarang. This had a special meaning to me because my grand grandfather owned a department shop in Kota Lama. Yogi happens to know everything about it’s history!!! My new friend Yogi told a lot of interesting stories about Kota Lama. Such a friendly, knowledgable guy. I can certainly recommend such a tour with Yogi.

Yoghi, a big thanks for your great tour. Despite the rainy whether and the lock down you kept the spirits up. I really enjoyed your deep knowledge about our common Indonesian and Dutch heritage. Semarang has beautiful colonial architecture, on the Herenstraat, it really felt like being back in Netherlands. Yoghi gave many interesting details. I’ve learned a lot.

We had an amazing time with this organisation ! Everything was perfectly arranged and the people were the kindest people i have ever met. If you are looking for an organisation this is really the one ! We have done many tours and we saw the most beautiful places. I want to do a really special thanks to Yogi Fajri, who made the tours even more special.

Hi Ken....I would like to know if you had a police escort for the van/bus that took you out of the city from the cruise port? I have heard the traffic in Semarang is horrible and you can be stuck in bumper to bumper traffic if you do not have the escort.

Thank you so much for the question. It is true that the traffic in Semarang is horrible but when we move with our own van/minibus, we can go faster. But it does happened once when we ran out of time, we just follow the entourage of tour buses who were escorted by the police.
