Malang is a very interesting city and the square is beautiful. The government did a great job here. I saw many local tourists also here. The lotus flowers are amazing and very well preserved especially Dutch colonial buildings.
Not all city have alun-alun, but my hometown Malang luckily has it. After years not going home, I found it was great. But I wish it has traffic and safety playground for kids to make them exposured to traffic and safety minded. I missed KUE...More
My impression to this place is facility of double decker bus provided by mayor of Malang to go around malang city. This square is suitable for kids and enjoying the old face of Malang. There are several old buildings near to malang square.
