Have a 3 hrs drove form surubaya to this water park. Not many children maybe is a weekday. Nearby is the Apple & mango farm. Nice view situated on a hill level. Tubes slides which are quiet similar back home. Some are more challenging meant for the adults.

- Reasonable priced entrance tickets, though children taller than 85cm needs to pay full tickets. You do need to pay extra to rent lockers, floaters (30k each - to ride on the slides and swim in the lazy river pool) as well as food and beverage. You can't bring your own F&B.
- The area is quite cool, even on a hot days, thanks to the greens and trees that they've planted around the place.
- The bathrooms are surprisingly clean and of good size; water is great and the lighting is bright.
- The locker area could be cleaner, but since it's sort of outdoorsy, it can't be helped.
- The pools and slides are fun, but the whole area is lacking supervision from the guards and cleaning staffs. Plenty of fallen leaves in the pools and the children pool has no guards to watch over.
- We did feel some discomfort, because smoking is allowed in the area.

Overall, we still had fun and would return one day. If bringing children, you must make sure that you watch them all the time by yourself, in case of anything.

First time to this place with my family. The location is quite close to home, only about 5 km. Ticket prices are IDR 100,000 on weekends, but get a 20% discount when paying using a CC or M ****** Bank Debit Card. After getting the bracelet, fill the bracelet with a sufficient deposit because all payments do not use cash. To rent a tire and buy food, I just fill in Rp.350,000. The location of the locker room, pool and food court is quite far. The service of the employees is quite good. The price of food is not too expensive and there are several choices. Don't bring food from outside, and get ready to cram on the weekend #BatuLocalGuides #LetsGuide

We have been coming to Hawaii for years as the kids enjoy the cool slides and the tsunami pool! However as a tip for the park management I would say:

1) train your staff in costumer service especially at the entrance.
2) try to train your employees at the shop so they can be positive ambassadors for your waterpark.
3) don’t charge for EVERYTHING. The things you ask money for is absolutely ridiculous. I understand Corona has been tough but this is a different kind of making up for losses… in my opinion it actually will cost you money rather than make you more money in the long run.
4) the ‘new’ Hawaii does not have chairs to sit anymore (weird) and only a limited number of gazebos. So people who have spent a lot of money already are forced to either sit on the ground or rent an overpriced gazebo.

Local tourist here.

Pros :
- Their tsunami is a must, especially their final tsunami (h-1 hour before close) is a must. It was fun.
- Cheap (less than $10)
- They have a lot of promo (bundling, package, credit card, etc)
- (For teenagers or young adults) their slides are insanely fast even their kids slides. **Compare to Jakarta & Bali 's water park slides.

Cons :
- Their tsunami sometimes way too killer for a kid or old man.
- Their staff was not friendly or keen for what ever happen around them.
- Should check their standards about safety. I went there with 10 friends, 9 of us are injured with some scratch or bruises.
- Their supporting facilities are kinda old.
- Some of their pools are little bit dirty

Terrible, terrible experience, the staff was very arrogant, the director himself kicked us out of the park just because we complaint of how they treat us differently to other visitors. We explain to him the problem, he was just busy with his own temper, the customer service (female w/ hijab)challenge us to go to other park, & the other one just smirk everytime we say something. They really really have bad attitude & worst cust service training. Some of us managed to get in, the front pool has yellowish water, filthy full of crawling & dead insects, you can tell the park wasn't built professionally, it's below average, the pool guards hs wandering eyes, talking to each other in a nasty way everytime female visitor pass them by. Honestly, you could get much better experience at other park such as Ciputra, or if you're loaded just go overseas then you'll never regret it!

Yes, the only plus and recommendes pool was tsunami pool. Surprised with the first tsunami wave (3 meter high wave) struck to my face without warning (me likey).

The tickets are reasonable.

All the slides was really fun, seriously give you the adrenaline rush!! I tried everything and love how each slides are very different and equally as fun!! And don't forget to try the tsunami pool, it was the highlight of the park, but make sure you wear life vest or bring a float if you don't know how to swim. Overall, I highly recommended this place, I had a really good time there!!
