Amazing experience from start to finish, highly recommend.
We paid around €200 per person for a private itinerary from Malang to Bali in 3 days. We had the opportunity to see a waterfall, the sunrise on Mount Bromo and finally Kawah Ijen and its blue flames. The only costs incurred by us were those of a few meals.
For each activity, the guides were very friendly, punctual and attentive. Everything was done very well. The 2 hotels we stayed in were very comfortable and clean. Our driver who accompanied us from start to finish also made this experience very pleasant with his availability and kindness.
For 200€, we were extremely pleasantly surprised. Only small downside: the communication only by WhatsApp before the day was quite light and left us with several questions about the exact times or even the appropriate outfits for the activities.
I therefore advise you to take good shoes and clothing suitable for fairly low temperatures (10-15 degrees Celsius). Be careful to take shoes specifically for the waterfall because they will be soaked (we took 2 days to dry them). Note that the path is quite steep.
It was definitely the best investment of our stay in Indonesia.

I really recommend contacting this tour agent, because they really provide brilliant information and ideas for those of us who want to travel to Mount Bromo to enjoy the sunrise, views and the Bromo crater.
The tour operator advised us to take this tour from Surabaya with pick-up at the train station in Surabaya city, then they picked us up with a good driver who spoke good English and was very helpful during the trip.
They also provided breakfast and mineral water which we really needed because previously we were riding the train from the city of Yogjakarta.
We are very happy that the operator recommended this trip to save costs.

Bromo Eco Tourism provides a thrilling and delightful experience. I scheduled a Bromo Sunrise tour package for one day with a courteous staff, affordable costs, and an operator who was always available to help offer the trip information I required.

We did the 2D1N trip which was amazing and definitely a highlight of our trip to Indonesia
We booked with Bromo Eco Tourism because of the price which seemed cheaper compared to other quotations for similar activities, and also Anjang replying fast.
Removed 2 stars for the following: driver had no English speaking abilities while it was mentioned in the contract (translation application can work but not when you want to know more about the country from à local point of view and the price you paid). Also make sure your guide will bring you to all the places stated in the advertisement (we didn't go to Love Hill, timing is very tight and we had to chose between Bromo crater or Pura Luhur Poten temple. On the second day our local guide brought us to the rim of Ijen crater first then we started going to the top for sunrise. It took us some time to discuss with translating app why everybody is going down the crater and not us, while it was included. We finally went down after talking / translating a lot, and missed the dawn lights, which wouldn't have happened if he followed the itinerary). Otherwise don't miss the opportunity to visit these places, many different options (without guides for examples) to make those perfect holidays.

The journey will take in the breathtaking dawn and Mount Bromo's crater. We greatly appreciated the prompt response from the operator, who gave us comprehensive information. We were picked up at 23:45 from the Surabaya hotel where we were staying. A kind team of drivers who were pleased to assist and spoke fluent English picked us up.
We strongly recommend this travel agent because the costs for customized holiday packages are really reasonable.

The trip was very enjoyable, 3 days 2 nights with a reliable operator. Anjang told us about all the programs that we would carry out, it would be easier for us to be able to prepare all the equipment that we would use
Reliable driver, with good English, Putra guided us during the trip, he told us the rules and gave us information during our tour, he was also always on time because he wanted to make sure that we didn't wait too long.
Our trip was very well organized, because the agent had prepared everything, from drinking water to our itinerary. I highly recommend BromoEco as a travel partner for those of you who want to travel to Bromo, Tumpak Sewu, and Ijen.

Very highly suggested! This agency went above and above to ensure that our overnight travel to Mt Bromo return from Surabaya happened without a hitch. It was enjoyable for me to practice my Indonesian with our very kind and helpful driver. He was really patient and instructive when he joined us on the early drive to view the sunrise.

Take a 3-day journey that includes the Tumpak Sewu waterfall, Mount Bromo, and Ijen Crater among its destinations. Go to the waterfall early in the morning after leaving Surabaya. I witnessed a variety of views on the trip, which impressed me. It took me around three and a half hours to get to the waterfall. I was astounded by the waterfall's splendor.
I had no trouble conversing because I was accompanied by a native guide who spoke English fluently. After finishing, I had to go on to Mount Bromo, which was the next stop. The last journey to the Ijen crater, with its enchanting blue flames and stunning crater lake, is a popular international tourist attraction due to the volcano's natural splendor.
We had a fantastic three days of vacation.
All travelers are strongly encouraged to visit this tourist attraction. Aside from that, the superb service, affordable rates, and friendliness of the drivers and crew make this travel agency highly recommended.

Our timetable was tight, so we used the internet to identify Bromo Eco Tourism. I messaged them directly on WhatsApp, and they were quite helpful in helping us choose the ideal company. The drivers of the vehicle and jeep are both really kind and accommodating; the car drivers even drive more quickly so you may arrive in time to see the dawn at Mount Bromo. We had a lot of interesting talks when touring the amazing mountain Bromo because both our guide and the group of drivers who went with us spoke extremely good English and discussed a lot of stuff to us. Good suggestions from him allowed us to avoid most of the throng. We had an absolutely fantastic experience, and we strongly suggest it!
