I would highly recommend Adi and his team. I took a day trip with him to visit a volcano near Bogor where I was working for a few weeks. The trip was just what I wanted. Adi's english was great as was his knowledge of the area. I felt safe and he thought well of my experience. After the trek, when he could have just driven back by the same route to Bogor, he took me instead (without being asked) on a different route so that the day trip became a loop and took in some very scenic country.

I arranged this tour with discussion with Marsudi Suwarna Adi, the founder of the Bogor Private Tour Guide. I would highly recommend retaining his service if you're visiting Jakarta and vicinity. Adi was very courteous and set a personalized tour for with excellent guided tour.

I went on a solo trip from Jakarta to Taman Safari with Adi, and was so happy that I decided to do so! Adi was a great guide and kept me very entertained with funny stories and his friendly spirit. We had a great time with the animals, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, even tending to small requests like looking for a place for a SIM card and helping me translate to Indonesian when I needed to interact with locals. The safari was fantastic and I wish we had not had so much traffic, so he could have shown me around Bogor as well. I'm sure he would be a great guide for anyone - very personable and friendly guy, but also knows to give you space. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience Adi!

Right from beginning to end everything is excellent with pak suwarnadi.There are 3 of us in the group i.e my mother,sister & me from Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. We took a flight from Changi,Singapore with Tiger Airlines.I knew Pak Adi through google and from there we communicate. Pak Adi is very helpful by providing me lots of useful information prior to my visit to Jakarta.Our service & tour package with Pak Adi started from the airport to Puncak, visit Safari Park and back to hotel at Mangga Dua area.On the way to and back from Puncak the traffic was quite heavy. However thanks to Allah we safely arrived all our destinations.Thank you Pak Adi for your excellent services ...

I along with my wife visited Indonesia last month.I came to know about Adi and service provided by him from TripAdvisor.When I contacted him,he gave me information about sites to be visited,list of good hotels etc.I finalised my itinerary covering Jakarta,Bogor and Bandung in consultation with him about a month in advance.I met him in my Jakarta hotel first time and we travelled and visited all the places as per itinerary already fixed.We travelled for for four days till he dropped us at Bogor airport.Adi has very good knowledge of all the important places in Java and his driving is also very safe.The SUV he provided was very comfortable with good AC,lot of leg and luggage space,good WiFi and stock of bottled water.He is very prompt and always on time.He suggested good restaurants and resting places during our trip.We enjoyed visits to miniature park Jakarta,Bogor botanical gardens,Taman Safari,volcano and floating markets near Bandung.Adi is very friendly,helpful and cooperative and I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Java,Indonesia.

Stayed in Bandung from 15th-19th of June.
First chanced upon this website online and was received with prompt replies and friendly advices on what services and cars were available or suitable (tour guide services etc).
They asked for places that we were interested in looking into or visiting. After sending a compiled list of places we want to go, Jon (our assigned driver) sorted out the list and planned out the itinerary for us. Making the whole research process so much more easier.
By spacing out the places and giving us flexible timing to work with as we happen to be a family that tends to sleep in. And we were constantly shifting the meeting time due to that, but he stayed patient and nice throughout. He even gave us good food recommendations and brought us to places that even the locals enjoyed going to. It was a fresh experience and we really did enjoy ourselves.
We were pleasantly surprised when he took the initiative and turned up the next day with 3-pin adaptors from home when we mentioned that our hotel only provided 2-pin adaptors.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip and an experience we wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for our new friend, Jon :)

There were 6 of us with my elderly parents and 2 kids. Pretty worried about taking public transport with them, hence decided to hire a car with driver. Thank god, found Adi as our driver cum tour guide. He is a safe and careful driver. He is very patient and serious when driving. He needed all the concentration and focus on the road as the traffic were mostly heavy and chaotic.
We maxed the car capacity and he even fitted on a roofbox for our luggages. The car looked so cool!
We had a wonderful time there and Adi brought us to nice Indonesian restaurant nestled in the forest. Food was great and authentic.
We went to Taman Safari and everyone loved the place. Weather was cooling and welcoming. Bandung is indeed a nice place for a short getaway.
With Adi around, we felt secure as he was able to be our translator when we need his help.
Do engage him if you go visit Jakarta and Bandung.

Mr.Adi was a very nice and willing to help eventhough it was last minute arragement.
He is a person who loves to make new friends and if you asked me personally. I feel comfortable asking him around and about the city of Jakarta. I'm a person who loves food, he with a big smile and shared a few foods near my hotel.
I will come to Jakarta again to explore more 😄

The booking process was smooth and fats, the rates are competitive, the pick up was without delay. I went with Mr. Iqbal to see the tea plantation and botanical garden in one day from Jakarta. According to advice from Mr. Iqbal to avoid the traffic we've started around 6 am in the morning and reached Bogor pretty quickly. Getting to tea plantation was a bit of a challenge as traffic police block the road and enforce a schedule allowing traffic only in or only out during specific time. We were stuck for an hour on our way to the tea plantation, whilst traffic directed 'out'. The views though were well worth the waiting. Mr. Iqbal speaks well English and provided me with a lot of local insights about surrounding area, mountains, hikes and local people. Botanical garden was too hot - it's stunning, but i don't understand why they allow so much traffic inside the garden - many people drive through instead of walking. I have a kind of a mixed feelings about the garden, but will do some hikes and tea plantations again. Mr. Iqbal was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend Mr. Iqbal to the travelers with limited Bahasa Indonesia.

We went with Pak Adi from Jakarta to Bogor (Kebun Raya) and Taman Safari on a day trip. He was very responsive and helpful from the first contact. On the day he picked us up from our hotel on time with a modern clean car. He was very good driver given the challenging traffic around Jakarta/Bogor. During the trip he showed us around, explaining things and looking after us. We had a wonderful day and will happily use him again.

I would like to have a day hike with my family on this Friday( 31st July) , moderate hike for about 4 hours. My children are 12 and 15 years of age.
one interesting place we want to see is the tree canopy in Mountain Halimun.
We do have a car (with driver) and will drive from Jakarta.
