    Cheap original branded clothes in Bandung
    This is my 3rd visit to this factory outlet in Bandung. Rumah Mode is a must go for all visitors to Bandung. The architecture of this store is based on Balinese design. All items sold in this store are original but made up of mostly old stocks. The prices are cheap and its best if you check the items before buying it. There are coffee shop, prayer rooms and even a massage parlour to relax those tired feets after shopping.

    One stop shopping and dining experience in Bandung
    Holiday to Bandung is incomplete if you have not visited Rumah Mode Factory Outlet. Here you can do a lot of shopping of quality branded clothing at a friction of original price though most of its products here are either excess export stocks, slight or minimal rejects but all are new items. Depending on your preference, this place caters for all in the family. Surrounded by Balinese deco, green lush, nice garden landscape and plenty of all day dining options. Nice place to chill and shop.

    Fake goods factory outlet
    Lots of international brands like boss, armani exchange, dkny and superdry. Designs and quality is less than authentic, so u must know what u are paying for. Other than that, outlet is well organize with a nice big cafe for weary husbands to rest as they wait for their wives.

Nice place to visit

This is not as big as factory outlets in Europe but good to take a stroll in one evening if nothing to do in Bandung. It’s nice to visit and as it is small so easily gets done in couple of hours. The stuff is good.

very boring selection of clothes. Fake and poor imitation LV, Gucci belts, shawls. Tshirts ok but nothing great. Local indonesian clothing which you can get in other places. Coffee shop and food places on site. Not worth coming all the way for. Better go to Paris Van Java or other malls.

Best Factory Outlet In Bandung

Shopped at Rumah Mode for 3 mornings from 15 to 17 June 2012.

Pros :
a) Very good quality merchandise at excellent prices.
b) Free (30-40 min. wait time) alteration for jeans purchased.
c) Cafes and restaurants within the compound. Food & drinks are delicious and prices reasonable.
d) Merchandise change every few hours due to high turnover. As such, there are new discoveries everyday.
e) Taxis know the location and easily available.

Cons :
a) Limited parking. And they charge, (fortunately) max. is Rp4,000.
b) Gets very crowded after 11.00am. especially on weekends. Rumah Mode opens at 9.00am daily.

An overrated Place

I was expecting lot more from what I found in Rumah Mode. I had been recommended by couple of friends to visit Rumah Mode during my trip to Bandung and my 1st stop was actually Rumah Mode however it was disappointing because of the following reasons :

1) you'll find lots of different brands stuff however looking it closely, u'll get to know that quality is somewhat missing in most of the stuff, I bought one shirt and after wearing it just for one time, it's gone.
2) the management had focused more on eating place (resturant with in Rumah)ambience and cleanliness instead of outlet its self
3) Men's variety was very limited in Rumah Mode
4) Even at women side i and my wife found so many brands which were totally unheard of and Rumah mode had bulk of those brands stuff piled up in the shop
5) it's located at one of the road which always have traffic jams ( Jalan Satiabudhi)

I would recommend factory shops such as "Rich & Famous" , " The secret", " Grande" located at Dago over Rumah mode which indeed was disappointment!

My fav factory outlet in Bandung

I lived in Bandung so I've been shopping in various FOs here. I have to say that Rumah Mode is my favorite FO. They have plenty of choices clothing and wide range of sizes from XS to XXXL and sometimes even more. Their clothing quality are good and they always update their clothing with latest fashion trend. Their price are a not as cheap as it used to be, but hey if there's quality there's a price.

Not a factory outlet at alll!!

This place not really like a factory outlet at all...for what we experience in here, the price is not that cheap & the quality of the cloth is terrible.. not really great at all.. it might be a place for you to look around if you have extra time in bandung...but definately not a shopping outlet.

Must go place for shopping in Bandung

Heard a lot of reviews for rumah Mode and requested the driver to bring us on the first shopping day after finishing Pasar Baru, Dago & Riau area. I love this place. Clothes are placed in proper section, nice selection, price slightly on higher side but quality is there. For ladies, quality up-todate shirt & thirts are abundance here.. Jeans & pants not so maany selection though.
For kids- OMG its amazing. The section is divided by Baby, Toddler, Kids & teenagers. Got 2 years supply of my kids outing clothes here... My daughter is into Hello Kitty.. so can find a lot of them here. Jeans, pants, shirts, jackets - so many selection. Brands Hello Kitty, Next, Guess, GAP, the rest..
We made a revisit on our 2nd shopping day. Got some Esprit, Minimal, Burberry shirts here.. Such bliss! Those who are tired can wait outside at eatery & coffee place... I would def recommend Rumah Mode for shopaholics. MUST GO!

Among all the factory outlets in bandung. It's a must to visit here. Original and a lot of brands available. Cheap too. 👍👍

If your going outlet shopping, stick to Rumah and Heritage, the rest are all a waste of time!

I did the outlets today, i started with rumah and got everything i needed. Good range of kids clothes, cant comment for the womens section, although, i did manage to pick some nice things for my wife! Mens shopping was good too. The issue i have is sizes and cuts, some brands fit a medium, others a large and then some its got to be xl, so its totally inconsistent and hence you have to try everything before you buy.

I managed to get some things like tops and shoes, kids clothes bags etc, heritage was equally good too, sizing is an issue, however managed to find some things that fit me and others that were just way too out of the normal cut. I had lunch at rumah, food was good and the experience was nice too, its a little bit of a drive, however heritage was nice and close to the hotel, however lots of options and then everything begins to look the same! Although if your planning outlets, i recommend go to rumah, have lunch there, cause its a nice place to chill, then go to heritage and skip all the others, you would be wasting your time and if you dont believe me go to fashion world right next door, it was awful!.

No aircon, so hotel, so empty, and the quality in clothes was somewhat lacking compared to the quality you would find at rumah and heritage, just take a close inspection at the stitching! Its reasonable good quality clothes, however i would not say they are originals or even copies of originals, but still for every day wear its not a bad option at the price you pay!

A must visit factory outlet
Lots of good things in here, im not talking about food and drink though, unfortunately the price is getting higher and higher. Hey, its a factory outlet, you suppose to sell cheaper than that.
