With a foreign tourist entry price of Rp10,000, this one will not break the bank. Lots of school excursions happening on our Wednesday middle-of-the-day visit. The museum is housed in a very interesting old building which must have been magnificent in its day. Whilst many of the exhibits were described in multiple languages, the descriptions were often quite small and difficult to read. In one instance the description was set at over two metres (Australian spelling!) from the ground making it impossible to read. The lift (elevator) was out of action during our visit; a consideration for those with mobility issues as the stairs leading to the second level are a little steep. It was interesting to see the dinosaur-era skeletons and some quite amazing (and huge) mineral samples. Otherwise, not much that cannot be gleaned from a David Attenborough documentary or by trawling the internet.

this is a must when you come to bandung, its free and I can touch an actual meteor inside the building ... its quite rare
