Paradiso - is a new creation by Down To Earth, that combines a movie theater, live performance space, raw vegan bar, shop and a private event facility. Located in the heart of Ubud, Paradiso was designed as a large art venue with capacity to seat around 150 people and incorporating the world's first vegetarian cinema. Paradiso is a unique cultural center, the likes of which Bali hasn't see before. Paradiso is open for daily movie screenings, family afternoons, workshops, thematic festivals, live music shows, art exhibitions, private events and more.

Paradiso Theatre is located within a cultural centre. You lay back in non stationary lounge type seats and can order dinner to eat while watching the movie. The cost paid for admission will be deducted from any food purchases. Makes for a great deal!

After sunset you can head to the cafe and a few nights a week they show some movies. ( the one I watched was in English with English subtitles). The ticket price is redeemable against their food which is very nice! The setting is cool...More

Great concept... friendly staff... good (not necessarily great) food, and very good value. I really love this venue, and will be back there more than once this week. Oh, and go early to get a good seat. It was packed on Sunday when were there.
