The location is perfect for yoga and meditation, in the rice fields above the main busy streets of Ubud with the soothing sound of the river in the background and the view across the rice fields. You can try a variety of yoga practices; or...More
I've visited Ubud Yoga house for mindfulness meditation and yoga classes. First thing I want to say that the place is located among the rice fields, and the path (close to the main Ubud street) to get there is a wonderful experience. If you enjoy...More
Regardless of your level of experience with yoga, this is a must experience when you visit Ubud Bali. From beginning Hatha yoga to the more advanced classes, the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. Nestled among the rice paddies, the studios look out over tranquil green...More
My wife and I enjoyed our experience. I had never tried yoga but this was just perfect. There were all age groups from all levels of experience. The instructor worked with everyone not pushing anyone past their comfort level.
My visit in January 2019 at Ubud Yoga House was amazing. I stayed 10 days and attended around 20 classes. The variety of high quality teachers with different styles is really amazing. I relly enjoyed the time here.
So glad we discovered this beautiful little yoga studio in the rice fields. We’d spent our trip going to the larger studios, but finally found this one which was so peaceful and still had fantastic teachers and classes. Cannot recommend highly enough — thank you...More

Thank you Jasper and Rachel. It was lovely meeting you and hope to see you in the future.
Ubud Yoga House is a beautiful yoga studio set in the most amazing part of Ubud, surrounded by rice fields. Close to the centre of town but far enough out to feel like you are in the middle of the countryside. It really is an...More
This was my first experience of a yoga teacher training and I feel so lucky that it happened to be with Ubud Yoga House. The 200hr Teacher Training program was juicy and well-rounded - filled with discussion, yoga history and philosophy, a variety of daily...More
We had a great class at Ubud Yoga House. We just happened upon the sign as we were exploring and dropped in. One of its studios is a roofed, open-sided pavilion nestled among rice fields with a river flowing beyond it. The instruction was high...More

I am so sorry I just saw this! Yes! One of the teachers at this yoga studio was doing acro yoga after the class with people who wanted to try that! I would definitely get in touch with them and see if that something they would offer. Good luck! And highly recommend that you stay up near the yoga studio! It is a short walk into town and is so beautiful amongst the rice paddies!!
First go at 2-week itinerary, Feb/March. Advice v. welcome! (12 Replies)
Hi everyone - first time, solo traveller to Bali here. I’d really appreciate some advice from more seasoned travellers/Bali residents before finalising my itinerary for 24 Feb - 10 March. I'm looking primarily for relaxation along with culture/adventure, where possible. I also absolutely love plants and wildlife. I'm thinking snorkelling, treks/walks, cycling, museums, temples, yoga, spas & reading on the beach at the first hint of sun. Budget-wise, I'm happy to dip into my savings to...More

First all, welcome to the TA forums and esp the Bali forum. I am really just based in Ubud so won't refer to much of the other places, but you can do so much more than just the places in the downtown area. which is what you have picked out. Most people visiting Ubud end up going out for sightseeing trips and not just in the center of Ubud..so perhaps one day go to Bedugul and do a nice trip to see the Botanical Garden, spice market, temple in the lake, Jatiluwih, Munduk etc etc. Another...More

I don’t think you can go wrong here, this looks very nice and they have good reviews on TA. You can also look at Taksu for Yoga. For me the Yoga Barn and Radiantly Alive were far too crowded in February.
