The tour itself is good; it is nice to see an authentic Balinese house and the rice fields far from the touristic crowds. The coffee plantation however is just a tourist trap. So the concept is great; the guide is not. He does minimal job...More

It was an amazing trip through the rice terraces of Bali and through the jungle of ubud with an experienced and friendly guide. Wayan showed us a traditional Indonesian home and the surrounding life on the fields and in the jungle with a lot of...More

A walk through the rice paddies shouldn’t translate the climbing a sleep mountain in the boiling heat and humidity. I felt really and genuinely unsafe of this ‘walking tour.’ And I though wayan was rude and unpleasant

Wayan took us on a memorable trip to various rice paddys providing us with information along the way. Wayan provided great insight into the lives of farmers in Bali and answered our many questions! The day finished with a lovely lunch provided by Wayan's wife.

I booked this tour based on TA reports. Was a bit concerned about what type of footwear was appropriate as others had commented on need for hiking shoes so emailed Wayan. We only had standard sneakers. His email reply was that "plip plops" OK. This...More

Wayan collected us from our hotel and took us on a great journey through the rice fields and jungle. An excellent walk through some remote spots, followed by lunch at Wayan's house where his wife cooked an excellent lunch. Would highly recommend.

We booked the walking tour because of a recommendation of our travel agent back home. He told us it was one of the most fun things to do in Ubud and he was completely right. Wayan takes you on an amazing walk through jungle and...More

I did the afternoon tour with Wayan. He was very accommodating and customized my trip a little bit since I didn't want to do the hike, so we went to the Water Temple instead. The coffee plantation was super cool - a surprising highlight for...More
