This should be the number 1 thing for you to do while in Ubud. The tour around the market was informative and the food was amazing. I booked late on the night before the tour and they were able to collect me from my villa and return me after the class. It is amazing to learn how some of this... More

I have visited Paon Bali for the 2nd time in 2 years and would always return again!! When the team noticed I have been there before, they were so sweet to add an additional dish the menu by my choice! The sweetest thing! I still loved everything about this course. The family, the details, the sweet team and of course... More

Pupsa was very prompt to answer her emails which I very much appreciated (I book everything last minute). Her family and staff were all very charming. I liked that we go directly to her home to cook as you also get to see what a family compound looks like. I also enjoyed her sense of humour. The food we cooked... More

I was backpacking solo through SE Asia and thought it might be weird going to a cooking class by myself, but I had heard wonderful things about Paon's so I had to go for it. It ended up being one of the best experiences and the food was AMAZING! Everything was so well organized and everyone was incredibly friendly! You... More

My boyfriend and I went to the afternoon cooking class with our 8month old baby yesterday. The food was delicious and preparation was light hearted and fun, Bub loved it and the staff were lovely with him. The best thing we have done on this trip.

My husband and I attended the morning tour and class as part of our four day stay in Ubud for our honeymoon. We had a lot of fun! Great hosts, fantastic transportation, great company and delicious food. The market tour was just the right amount of time, and excellent explanation of the rice fields. We cooked 8 very yummy traditional... More

My husband and myself took this class on our last Bali trip. It truely was one of the very best cooking classes we have ever done. Puspa & Wayan are just fantastic and hilarious. The class is very professional and perfectly organised. It was quite a large group for a cooking class and at first I was concerned how that... More

We went to this class as part of a tour with Dewa Bali Tours. The hosts are genuinely lovely and it is very well set up. The food is amazing and they even give you the recipes to take home. Cant wait to make some back home.

My husband and I did the morning class (with market visit) during our stay in Ubud. Van pick-up and drop-off was easy to organize. The market trip was great--there was some unnecessary information, but it also included a great primer on Bali's special ingredients. The class was fun and well-paced. Lunch at the end was huge and delicious. I regretted... More
