This is a very busy place , there is always staff tending to its upkeep and it gets just as busy at night with the dance performances. Many beautiful hand carved statues and temples throughout this peaceful complex.

A lovely little place. Buggy and disabled friendly. Make sure you dress respectively when you enter. It's only small so half an hour is enough for this little temple. Free to enter.

This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the buildings have a lot of history. Met the King by accident while he was walking to his car. Lovely man.

We come to see of the typical dances in Bali. Locals suggested the Barong dance. It was a good moment. We did it in the evening but I guess the best way to do it it is in the morning. You should do this.

If you are in Ubud area, please allocate 1hour in your itinerary to visit this place. It is such a beautiful place where you can see and feel the Bali culture.

This palace has some wonderful frescoes and statues and carvings. The layout of the palace however is haphazard.
