The tasteful treatment rooms are well-spaced, each with its own bathtub, shower and splendid view of the natural habitat. The massage was devine and totally relaxing. The hot oil was so soothing and relaxing.
The therapist new how to relax me and worked wonders with her movements. The local birds where also a delight when they decided to sing.

Ive been going to Bali Botanica Day Spa for many years & would never miss a visit or two on my trips. The Ayurvedic is my very favourite, two and a half hours of pure relaxation. The therapists here are just wonderful and their training shows. The gardens are amazing & that view out of the windows is stunning. Heads up ..... book ahead as they are that good at times its hard to get an appointment.

Cheap, clean and professional

The location is covenient to find. We booked 30mins ahead and got in. My son had the Balinese massage while my daughter and I had the cream bath. We enjoyed the treatments very much and it all came to about idr600k. Would go again if we had the time.

What has happened to Botanica?

Bali botanica has been by far, mine and several friends favorite Ubud Spa in the past, a little pricier but WAS always worth it, not anymore. This trip I'm traveling on a budget but decided to treat myself to a 4 treatment package. 1st my 75min massage was cut short at 60 minutes and overall the massage was not enjoyable, I felt I was just getting oil rubbed on my skin, no pressure was applied and no sore spots in need of attention were tended to. Yes my package came with the relaxing massage, but, I was asked to fill in on a body diagram form where I wanted more focus and more pressure etc and tick soft, medium or hard massage (of course I ticked hard) I was left feeling very dissapointed as the masseuse did not focus on these areas or apply any pressure throughout the entire 60mins. At first when cut short at 60mins I thought she was going to focus on the problem areas I had highlighted for 15mins, unfortunately not. 2nd my spice body scrub was a little lack luster compared to many I've had in the past, the flower bath was nice, and fresh juice but given a choice I would have chosen spice bath (I should have asked as I know they would have given the option had I asked) next was meant to be a facial, by lack of communication I was taken to my hair cream bath, this was a delightful experience with a good pressured neck, head and shoulder massage, but I do think it is important that staff know the difference between a comb and a brush when working with hair. I was then told to get dressed and ushered out to reception, I had to point out I had not received my facial, after a little wait I had to undress again, facial was great with a leg massage. No ginger tea after treatments 😢 The complimentary driver was prompt at both pick up and returning me to my hotel. I've purposely come to Bali to get my frozen shoulder fixed but feel Botanica is not able to help me. The worst thing a therapist can do to me is cut my massage short. even a bad massage. There are good and bad therapist in every spa and great therapists have bad days,
I know. Unfortunately I will not return or be able to recommend Botanica anymore, this saddens me.

Having nice Balinese Traditional Massage

This is one of my favorite spa in Bali. It's affordable but good massage. The staff was cheerful, the place was adorable with peaceful forest. I came there at 6 pm and wanted to take a Lulur package with flower bath, but sadly last time reservation for Lulur was at 5 pm sadly, so I just took a balinese traditoonal massage. Next time I go to Bali, will definitely come back here again to get my flower bath, hahaha

Been to this place already 4 times 😍 always do the same package: 1 hour of body massage + Scrub + floral bath🌸🌸🌸 after each session you are 100% recharged.
Staff are always lovely and super helpful, prices are good, everything is super clean and tidy.
I will definitely comeback 👌

I had chakradara massage for the first time and it’s totally a worthy experience.If you like massage then you should really try the Ayurvedic massage experience at Bali botanica day spa.Then you can tell the difference and what you feel after you have it.Nice place,great therapist and a whole new level massage experience that will relax your body

I found this by accident, was looking for a decent massage studio with trained employees that actually know what they are doing on the Internet and came across this spa. I actually went there twice, for a Balinese massage and for a 2,5 hours spa package with oil and peeling. The place is very clean, customer service is fantastic and it was one of the best massages of my life. The flower bath was a really nice touch in the end. A clear recommendation!

One of the most relaxing trips

I came here for a couples massage and it blew my mind! The venue was great, service was amazing and the massage was phenomenal. This was one of the most relaxing experience I've had in a long time! However, there was a construction going on nearby and it was a little distracting. Would definitely come back!

Treated myself to the glow package: 5 hours for 1,200,000 Rp. Includes a four hand Ayurvedic massage. Body exfoliation. (Your choice of scrub and massage oil). Fresh flower bath. Then lunch at the Warung Pulau Kelapa. Return for a facial and hair cream bath. Was relaxing and comfortable. Can ask for female or male massage therapist. Has free wifi. Takes credit cards. Can arrange car transport for 100,000 Rp each way. Reservations recommended. Excellent place to unwind and freshen up!
