Toni arranged for us (4 people) a car and a driver who speaks good English for the day of Made, i.e. for 10 hours, at a very reasonable price. We were free to wish during the day, what we want to see and where to stop. We saw e.g. an orchid garden, a waterfall, a rice farm and tame monkeys! Made found us an excellent place for lunch and at the end of the day we stopped at a supermarket, where we bought water and other drinks for the hotel (Nusa Dua) where there was no store nearby.
We would have been able to take an overnight trip to the Gili Islands as well, which we had to skip when our daughter got sick. Toni also organized a private fishing trip with lunch for the men in the family, which the men were very satisfied with. Toni responds quickly and communication is clear and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. We recommend and use Toni's services ourselves in the future!

Picked a day trip to Kintamani which included also many other visits. Trip was easily modified, so we got to visit the Momkey Forest too. The driver Made was just perfect with his finnish one-liners.
Missed the waterfalls because of the heavy traffic, but this was redeemed with a visit to local coffee factory with tasting.
Highly recommend I Love Bali tours!

Olemme jo pariin otteeseen käyttäneet I love Balin palveluja ja aina kaikki on sujunut loistavasti! Olemme saaneet loistavaa palvelua ja hyviä vinkkejä lomanviettoon. Asiat hoituvat helposti suomeksi Tonin kanssa, joten kielitaidotonkin pärjää! Henkilökunnan paikallistuntemus on loistava ja kielivalikoimasta löytyy ainakin suomi, englanti, indonesia ja korea. Kun varaat esim. majoituksen I love Balin kautta, varaus on takuuvarmasti voimassa myös siinä vaiheessa kun olet kohteessa (ikäviä kertomuksia on liikkunut viime aikoina "kadonneista" hotellivarauksista) ja jos jotain ongelmia tulee, he voivat helposti auttaa paikanpäällä. Valikoimassa on valtava määrä palveluita; majoitusta, aktiviteetteja, retkiä...jokaiselle jotakin.
We have used I love Bali services a couple of times and everything has gone great with them! They can give you good hints about everything concerning your trip since they live in Bali and know what's going on in the island. The staff is super friendly and they speak Finnish, English, Indonesian and Korean (at least). Lately there have been some stories of "missing" hotel reservations, but when you use I love Bali, you can be absolutely sure your reservation is there when you arrive - and if you encounter any problems, they can helpyou out :) I love Bali offers a wide variety of accomodation, trips, tours, activities... something for everybody!

Everything that I had booked was well organised by this company, I can warmly recommend. Also the driver/guide I had was very good with very good knowledge of everything. I had a best holiday ever!

I am from Norway but writing this in English so more People can understand. This beautiful villa has everything you need inkl privacy and safty As you know you can read about all the details of this villa just want to make a point out that it is off top quality. When you walk out through your privat villa gate you come in to small allyes that has life of the Balinees people and culture You have local bars and restaurants just a few minuts walk away from your door step. Sanur to me is a small village/town With a beautiful clean beaches witch again have many lovely little restaurans/bars that you can enjoy while resting your feet in the sand I have seen alot of other Places on this island and Sanur is deffenetly the most quiet and cleen place. the hostes of this villa can not do enough for you They are just around the corner and so easy to get hold of They will fix everything for you (within reason) They could not have made my holliday more Perfect. I have travelled the world and this is a place i will deffenetly come back too Monique

Booked tours in Bali and speedboat tickets to gili islands from ilovebali. Fast response to messages and prices were really good. Driver what we had in our daytours was professional, super nice and safe driver. Teach us many things about Bali and showed us really amazing places. Highly recommend!

Booking a driver for a day was easy and everything went well. Car had Wi-Fi, it was a nice plus, so you could post pics along the way. I would use them again!

First, I need to say that I Love Bali has truly a very good coverage of trips and excursions of all kinds. In addition, you can modify the day trips as you please and on the go.
Arrangements before-hand were made swiftly and payment method to the Finnish bank account before our holiday was appreciated.
Bali has so many things to see and to explore yet tourism is nowadays pressing heavily on the island’s infrastructure. So, go prepared to wait in traffic lines and to bump into (plenty of) other visitors on sites.
We booked not only multiple day trips via I Love Bali but also a water sports day, tickets to the three islands cruise, speed boat tickets to Gili T and accommodation there.
A few notes on the day trips. First of all, our driver took us to the famous ‘tourist shops in the back alleys’ after our first day. These visits do not belong to the trip agenda – but the drivers get a few extra dollars by taking tourists there… Not our cup of tea, yet we strolled through the ridiculously over-priced shop and returned to our car.
Another note is that the program for the day trips has been created way too tight. Considering the current traffic situation, there’s no way you can see all the mentioned sites/places during the day. Our driver started the day by asking the top three sites we’d like to see and not to miss by any chance on that day. Thus, I’d like to suggest for I Love Bali team to check the schedules and make them correspond more to the reality.
A day not-to-remember was the water sports day in Tanjung Benoa. First they did not pick us up so we re-scheduled for another day (easily done by I Love Bali). But the venue was an over-crowded, confusing chaos that I cannot recommend for anyone to attend. Decided not to do the parasailing though had paid for it. Gear seemed a bit too shady to my liking.
All in all, the service provided by I Love Bali was good. I could also trust the drivers, they were always on-time and the cars were in good condition. Thank you I Love Bali, we had fun!

Espesially for finnish people. We got what we ecpected. Sometimes we just wonder is everything under control, but everything really was. This trip was co-operated with some local agency, and service was sometimes with not so good english. I love bali own trips was nothing to complain, even so the driver ( Madi) changes the timetable as we wish. Great and unique service, with some finnish sentences and good laughs. We will book trips also next time to visit in Bali.
