About
The Baruna beach markets are on the beach approximately 100mts. left of Jl.Sindhu Pantai. The markets contain about 30 shops plus massage palours and a tattoo shop, the well know shops are Tootsies and her sisters store, we often visit Indahs shop. The ladies at this market6 aren't pushy and a number of the stores are fixed price, however the price for goods is what you would pay after bartering.

I come to Bali for the first time and shop around with ridiculous price! Then i come to Indah shop 36 and have a excellent stuff with a good price! So i decide to do all of my shopping in Indah. Indah is a very helpful lady i can show her a dress that i want then she can find it buy tomorrow. And not only dress in there you can find a decoration, souvenir without pressure she just let you enjoy the shopping! Love this place! Definitely will come back!

There is a range of products available, Bags ,sunglasses, shoes, cushions, dresses, shorts, just to name a few of the items.
This market though small is worth visiting and you can stop or leave your husband at Tootsies Bar, Luhtu's Coffee Shop or Rosetta Coffee Shop while your shopping.

We were told about 2 fixed priced shops, Indah (36 Buruna beach market) and Tootsie's I hate haggling and it was great to find 2 fixed price shops, also both air conditioned. Excellent prices, In fact we had visited Bali to see our Son who works at Blue Seasons Bali Dive centre and he hadn't been to either shop and now says he will get some of his shorts and tee shirts there. My wife bought several things and i bought a really nice top. I said to the owners iam so satisfied i would post a compliment on here, im not easily satisfied but would recommend both shops. Be aware that other shop holders wait for you to come out just to say this way "see my shop"

Dropped into Tootsie's shop at the Baruna Beach Markets to buy some tshirts. Have been going to her shop for years now, but feel that the range of styles available are now limited. There is far more choice of colours or styles at any of the shops along the beach path. The tshirts were 50,000 RP each, and I'm sure I could have bought them for the same price anywhere. No Bintang shirts, only Quicksilver or Billabong.

We walked past and something caught our eye in the window. Indah was extremely helpful, spoke excellent English and not at all pushy. We bought an array of T-shirt’s, muscle gym T-shirt’s, macrame plant hangars and crochet cushions, zip purses and sports bag all at fixed prices that were extremely reasonable. Easiest shopping. Definitely worth returning.

This is a one stop shop. Indah is so professional and so lovely. we spent a long time there just looking and left with bags of stuff, but no heavy pressure sales, it was just relaxing and lovely. She slipped out and got us cold bottled water, what she didn't have in the right size she accessed it us, but 90% of what we wanted she had right there. At first it looks like just another market stall, but the stuff she has is amazing. the handbags are lovely, purses, sarongs, clothes, kids clothes, sunnies, just about everything. It is a fixed price store, so no bartering, but OMG you don't need to - do yourself a favour and come here before you to combat with the crowds and sometimes less than honest people in Kuta - this lady is a class act. I will personally tell every person going to Bali that I know to visit her store. A little hard to find, but persevere, its worth it. Go to the Baruna Beach hotel, just pass this is as far as the taxi can go. Get out and walk about 200 metres to the beach front and turn right. walk past a few open air restaurants etc., and you will see a sign and an arrow saying Tootsie 28 - follow this to the right and go down to shop 36 - Indah's. Even my husband enjoyed this shopping - and that's saying something! you can have a nice meal and drink looking out to the ocean when you're finished.

We were nearly shopped out and last day before leaving Bali. I was drinking a bintang out the front of tootsies and we went for one last shop and found Indahs shop #36. It is fixed price no pressure. Great prices great friendly service. Ming is a lovely lady and would not even take a tip. She made us take a purse to the value of the tip. That is something I have never seen before. We should have gone there on the first day not the last. Good range and better prices. Do yourself a favour and go early in the trip to gauge what you should be paying.
