Brilliant service. Efficient and professional. The salon is very pretty with a white dominant but cosy also. I have done eye brows and facial and left feeling cleaned, renewed. I did body scrub before and it was equally good and included a balinese massage. I recommend it

This spa is quiet, clean, with lovely decor. Have had scrub, facial, massages, best pedi ever, shellac polish ... omg... can’t get enough of this place. The treatment rooms are private and quiet so there is not the traffic noise nor chit chat of either customers or staff.
Yes of course it’s not your $8 for 1 hour massage kinda place - but worth every cent and still a third of the price we pay in Australia. Absolutely recommend GLO. The experience from booking to leaving was top class. Going back again and again ❤️

I had a mani pedi at GLO. The staff are awesome & the service is great.
I usually get black nails (goes with everything). It started out ok but after the second coat the product didn’t look right on my nails & would not set. So 3 of my mani had to be redone. They said it happens sometimes. When we looked at my toes pretty much all but 3 toes had set product so I had to have it all removed & start over with another colour. Unfortunately I stupidly chose pink & because the previous black couldn’t be completely removed the edges of my nails were black & looked dirty.
My suggestion is to remove that black product from being an option.
The staff were apologetic but I didn’t leave with amazing nails as I had expected to. Just a bit disappointing when it cost me almost the same as I pay in Australia for perfect nails.

I was unimpressed by my visit to the spa for a head massage and cream bath. At double the price, the place did not offer me the better experience I hoped for. My top was given back to me to drape over my chair after I was told to change into the small towel top not comfortable for larger women. The water kept turning cold while washing my hair. No introduction or clear instructions. The constant chattering amongst the employees drove me bonkers. I left with a terrible headache from the chatter, very chaotic, stressful hour. Getting a massage is a treat for me and not money I have to throw on poor service and bad experience. The ladies need some training. And why put the hairdryer on the floor in between drying hair? Not the cleanest option. I would not come back. Might as well pay half the price elsewhere. On a positive note - Having a cream bath can be a fun sensation. I did like the feel of my hair after.

I've always been a Glo Day Spa fan and now that they have opened in Sanur, this is great as Bali traffic is getting so bad, it's not always easy to get to Glo in Seminyak. What a super place - two storeys of pure pampering! And that's precisely what I did with my daughter. We had a full body massage each followed by a facial, then pedicures and manicures and a cream bath. Utter bliss. The staff are fantastic. Very well trained and very caring and the premises are a delight and beautifully fitted out. The products are lovely and the only difficulty is trying to decide what sort of massage or what sort of facial to have as one is spoiled for choice. We'll definitely be back again soon for some more - do yourself a favour and try it out. You won't regret it!

Horrible.
I left smelling horrible because of the oil. During the massage I thought the smell was coming from the linen or cushion but after leaving, I realised the odour was all over my skin. My driver could smell it too. The massage itself was really nothing to hype about. The masseuse left me feeling like my body was just another piece of meat. Yes she’s probably seen all sorts of bodies but it doesn’t mean one’s privacy and sense of modesty can be denied.

Hi jianghuaner - I was very sad to read about your review of your pregnancy massage. The massage we oil is designed for pregnancy and sensitive skin and is simply Orange Blossom oil and a good quality cold pressed base oil. Our team is trained in draping and ensuring every guests privacy is of priority. Please give me a call as I would like you to come back to try our Pregnancy Massage as it really is wonderful. Our staff certainly do not treat guests badly and so am very surprised by your comments. I will wait to hear from you. Warm regards Georgia

Recently had my eyelashes extended there, the price was very affordable and the quality was high! Exactly the same as Australian extensions but for a fraction of the cost. Definitely recommend Glo, the staff are great :)

I was very much looking forward to this experience - a hair wash and cream bath however, it was apparent early on in my appointment that the salon practitioner did not know how to wash hair properly. I found this quite surprising given the salon 'appeared' very professional and thus the higher than average cost - 170,000 Rp for the service was justified. I felt comfortable having read the website that I would receive an excellent service however, this was quite the contrary.
This turned out to be the most atrocious salon experience of my life forcing me to leave the appointment prematurely and wash my hair at my hotel.
I was left with a substantial amount of knots throughout my entire head and spent an hour in the shower, used copious amounts of my own product in an attempt to undo the damage done from what should be the most basic and enjoyable of salon services. This experience left me in tears fixing the damage, the knots and washing my hair properly roots to ends.
Would not under any circumstances recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates their hair. Moreover, this was immensely disappointing given that I had planned on having a once weekly hair wash and had thought that I had found a salon capable of delivering this nearby, sadly not.

After having our hair up for a 50th Birthday in August 2012 we decided to go the full cut and colour with the amazing Ryan on our return March 2014.
Fantastic consultation and hair advice with a lovely head massage in between treatments. A glass of wine on offer to relax was a lovely gesture!
This has to be the best cut and colour I have ever had, no kidding I pay top dollar in Australia and have tried many salons but this was perfect!! ... Ryan is an absolute delight and I think he needs to come back to Oz to show them how its done!
Definately be back in September, - a highlight of our trip thanks to Ryan and the team at Glo Sanur :)
