Dear Anisa, Thank you to you and your friends for stopping by to visit The Nest Boutique Spa - whilst not as busy as we used to be pre-COVID, it is still recommended to book an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment. Thankfully though, you didn't have to wait long for your back Therapy and Foot Reflexology treatments - maybe shorter treatments but both designed to work wonders for back and leg aches and pains. Dear gwcy, Thank you for your review – although disappointing to read. However we still value your your feedback as it is good for other readers / researchers to get a balance of opinions, so thank you for sharing. That said, I did follow up with our receptionist and the therapists that took care of that evening. Balinese massage is a relaxing massage using soft to medium pressure and we make this clear both on our website and by our receptionists. For your wife, we received specific instruction for ‘soft’ – however if more pressure was preferred, guests are always welcome to advise the therapist, especially since they do also check for the pressure suitability after starting the massage. For yourself, I understand there was some discussion regarding a dry massage being more suitable for you; however I understand you were less happy with this option, but agreed to do more dry and then follow with oil at the end. It's appreciated for your compliments on our cleanliness and how nice our staff are. We do work on a shift basis to ensure the team is not overworked, and it is certainly not our attention or eagerness to take your money and close. We treat all of our guests with respect and appreciation – just as you mentioned - we do have a nice team. We always strive to give our best service to all of our guests.. however, I understand we cannot be perfect all of the time and so I am sorry you didn’t find the treatments to your satisfaction.
