From the easy online booking procedure to the final drop off at our accommodation all went smoothly, apart from the slightly bumpy crossing which was only to be expected travelling at high speed. The check in procedure was smooth, all our bags were taken care of, the staff were all friendly and our transfers were all quick and efficient. A good team of staff thanks for all your attention.

Very well organised and professional. We had excellent communication with the company throughout. We booked boat only but they dropped us at our hotel in Lembongan free of charge. When we booked the return journey online, they contacted us to see if we wanted a pickup from the same hotel. All was on time and felt safe. More expensive than some of the others but worth it for us as we’re not keen sailors. Would definitely choose again.

I booked my ticket in advance through the internet. I also booked transfer from hotel vv. From Kuta to Lembongan and back. The sea was peacefull so it was a smooth ride. The contact via WhatsApp was perfect. I even changed the time of my return ticket without a problem. Would recommend Arthamas!

Nice boat. Comfortable ride with no technical issues. The only negative is that it took way too long to collect our tickets at the office. There were 6 people in front of us and took about 20 minutes to get our tickets. They need to improve their process.

Arthamas Express is a reliable ferry company to use for traveling from Sanur to Lembongan. They took care of our luggage and were always on time. We also used them for transportation to and from our hotels. Highly recommend!

Everything went very smoothly, from pick up in the morning to drop off in the afternoon. The Arthamas staff will help you get on and off the boat on the island. My daughter and I were very pleasantly surprised to find the Arthamas Office on Lembongan has a pool, sunbeds, palm trees and a cafe and bar. Nice way to wait for your boat home. Everything ran like clockwork, would definitely go with Arthamas again and would recommend.

No air conditioning, small fans not working. Staff were good, helped us with suitcases, and helpful and quick on WhatsApp. They work hard. There is a free shuttle to our hotel in nusa lembongan it is a flatbed trailer without a roof, no seatbelts, it was fine for a short trip. The trip was quick and in sanur it has a platform so you don’t have to get in the water, very nice. Arrive early as can be confusing to find the harbour after check in. In nusa lembongan you have to enter the water up to your knees to get to the beach the staff help and assist you.

Excellent service. Very well organised transfers to and from Sanur. You do need to step into the water embarking/disembarking at Sanur. I made the mistake of wearing a long dress. However, the brief dip was very refreshing!

Everything was fine , first time travelling with this company and can't see we had any issues . Staff were very organised and helpful . Trip a little bumpy on way back but not much . It was a new moon and waters were a bit rough but we expected that . All in all the whole process was good .

All was smooth. Booked via their page directly. They confirmed and reminded via Wspp day before. The checkin point in Sanur was easy to find. Since the checkin the staff take care of us. Boat was nice left and arived on time. Suitcase survived without being soaked -you step out of the boat to the small water so be prepared for that(some ppl were wearing sneakers).
